“Everything about Excellence Riviera Cancun was wonderful. Very clean rooms and housekeeping came by every day to clean and provide fresh towels. The property was immaculate. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was some of the best food we had from previous experiences at other resorts. Overall I would highly recommend this resort. We would also come back to visit. Thank you Excellence Riviera Cancun for making our trip a great and memorable experience.”

“Resort is nice small not much night life for adults, only one bar to go too and played the same music everyday got a bit boring.The staff is nice , the activities were ok the restaurants food was great but the buffet food wasn’t all that good. A nice resort just need some changes.”

“The hotel is oké. It is not very good but it is not bad at all. It has a convenient location. No need to worry about sound nuisance because you do hear some music from a nearby bar but it was definitely not bothering us. The hotel is nearby the town center and all the restaurants. Nearby the beach and it has a lovely pool on the rooftop. The pool needs some maintenance and the glass panels need some cleaning. The hotel really needs to do something about their plumbing but there is some lovely...
