The host was very friendly, communicative, and accommodating. I'm not going to say it was a perfect visit because we did run into a few minor issues, but the host was very responsive and had someone fix the issues quickly. The maintenance guy was also very kind. The house is cool and every room had a comfortable bed with their own personal air conditioning (a must for people from Phoenix!) The beach is a little bit of a walk but not too shabby. The view from the rooftop is very nice! I would rent from the host again because of the host's hospitality and communication! Thank you!

Our host was amazing. Beautiful property.

Our host Mike was amazing! He responded to all messages very quickly. He was super helpful with local activities. He was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing! The house was beautiful and had tons of space for all of us. We had a total of 8 adults (6 were early twenties), a teenager, and a baby and we all had an amazing time! My young adult children loved the 2 small add on houses in the back! The hot tub was great at night after long days. The property had everything you could need. It was in a beautiful neighborhood. There was security that drove around all day. Views were great! Rooftop was awesome! Every room had its own bathroom which was great! Definitely would love to stay again!

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home with breathtaking rooftop views! Very spacious and modern. Perfect place for large family to relax and unwind. Host was helpful with allowing us to throw my nephews birthday party.

Great House

Amazing Spot

Our host was incredible! Check in / out is beyond easy. He literally knows everything about Rocky Point and had so many great recommendations. He was also very responsive any time you had any questions or needed anything at all! Will be staying here again!!

I love this place! It was so beautiful and all rooms were roomy. Anything we needed the owner took care of us definitely booking here again ! Not a far walk from the beach everything we needed was I’m the house!

RP Family Summer Vacation

Mike was a great property owner! Gave tips on places to eat and things to do. Even told us about a secret beach area that was beautiful! House has everything you need for a large family vacation. Did not disappoint!

Modern home

House is easy to find. Looks amazing during the day and the blue lights at night give it a unique look. Home is very spacious. There were 20 of us ranging from ages 4-50. We took 2 extra air up mattresses and bedding. Which came in handy. Everything works well in the home. Mike (owner) is very attentive and responds within minutes. Jose (his right hand man) was also very nice and came as soon as we needed anything. We asked for some tacos. Not sure if Jose cooked? The food we ordered was delicious! My family really enjoyed the stay. Some advice; be conservative with water usage. Make sure people know not to waste water or you will need to get the well refilled. ***Extra things we took or should have taken: kitchen towels, TP, paper towels, black trash bags, and beach towels.There were just too many of us. I'm sure Mike would have taken, but didn't want to bother more than necessary. **Definitely recommend this beautiful home!**

Far walk to beach

The house was nice and clean, check in easy. Only thing is the beach was NOT as close of a walk we still drove as we had chairs and coolers. Also we had to take cold showers and power kept going out and also had to cancel Saturday breakfast as the stove did not work. They came quickly to look at power and lights stayed stable but still cold showers. Only 1 trash bag was provided.Also would be nice if there was a welcome book with passwords and what things should be done before check out.

Birthday getaway

Great Rocky Point Vacation

The house and accommodations were excellent! The house is walking distance to the beach and an amazing scenary. Kyle, the owner was excellent. He was very attentive to our needs and prepared the house for our arrival. Checking in and out has never been so easy. My family loved the house and we would rent it again! See you soon Kyle.

Amazing Views

This house was stunning!! Very clean and owner provided everything we needed. Felt very safe and home was very modern. We will definitely be going back to Puerto Peñasco to stay at Casa Mi Amorcito!!

Perfect weekend getaway

We rented this home for a couples getaway with friends. The location was great. Only a few minute walk to the beach. Beautiful views. Check in was super easy. Kyle and Mike met us when we arrived and were super helpful and always available if we had any questions. The home is beautiful and spacious and so clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The rooftop deck was our favorite place to hang out. The hot tub was freshly filled and there was plenty of seating for everyone. We always felt safe here. Great area. Another bonus was the 4 bathrooms. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. I would highly recommend this home for a girls trip or couples getaway. It would also be great for families with older kids, but I would not recommend it for families with young children. It was secluded enough to not feel crowded on the beach, but also close enough to town that we could make a quick to our favorite places to eat. We look forward to staying here again.

Short trip to Paradise

I drove in From Phoenix and I was there in no time!! The owner was present and attentive without impeding on my fun!! We turn all the way up and never had a complaint. The beach is walking distance. The views are to die for!! The rooftop retreat was amazing!! I’m definitely coming back here!!

La casa esta súper bella no tengo queja de eso, muy limpio todo, lo único que no me gusto Esque dice que tiene 6 cuartos y 6 baños, no especifica que 2 cuartos no están construidos aún, ahí dice que en la parte de atrás tiene dos cuartos pero no es verdad apenas los están haciendo, deberían poner una nota para que la gente sepa porque yo me fui confiada en eso y solo pudimos tener 4 cuartos y 4 baños. Lo demás todo perfecto lo súper recomiendo 👍

Beautiful Home. Everything New. Modern amenities. Fantastic A/C. Nearby Beach sandy and beautiful.

Goods: 1. Modern appliances 2. A/C in every room. Worked Perfectly even in the July heat. Each A/C was individually controlled allowing for very comfortable house. This is better than my house!!!! 3. Beds were very comfortable 4. Everything was perfectly clean and in good working order upon arrival. 5. Bathrooms were modern, upgraded, and very comfortable. Everything seemed to be NEW!!!! 6. ATV for rent from owner was fantastic. There are plenty of sand trails right behind the house. There are even ones that take you right along the side of the bay in a beautiful green marsh. 7. Nice Large Garage that you can fit two cars into. 8. Hot tub and lawn chairs on the roof made for an amazing evening watching the beautiful sunsets. The house is at the top of the hill so you can see in all directions including the sunrise and sunset! 9. Kyle, the owner was very kind and helpful once I was able to get ahold of him Less Than Desirable: 1. Typically the VRBO owner will contact you many weeks if not days in advance of your visit with the house information, directions, how to get into the house, wifi, rules, etc. This did not happen. I had to make several calls and texts only 2 days before coming just to get a little information. 2. The home did not have any extra blankets, sheets, pillows, dish washer soap (empty), or even trashbags. 3. Kitchen was sparse when it came to dishes. There were only four bowls, no big bowls to put food into, and no pitchers for drinks. In summary, I would DEFINATELY stay here again. Kyle the owner was very helpful, after some miscommunications up front. The home is beautiful, the beach (3 blocks away - 5 min walk) was gorgeous. The A/C was the best I have ever had in Mexico. The Spa and top roof area was incredible. The only reason I just cannot give the 5 star review was due to two reasons: (1) Up front communication/directions/info/confirmation could be improved (2) Sparse house items (listed above).
