Fronte spiaggia a Rocky Point

Casa de Nelson, Sezione 6 Il lotto 36 è una casa spettacolare sulla spiaggia di Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point), in Messico. La casa si trova nella gated community di Las Conchas a circa 2 1/2 miglia dalla parte principale della città, a un miglio dal cancello di guardia. Finestre a tutta altezza e porte scorrevoli offrono una vista libera e un facile accesso alla spiaggia sei gradini alla porta. Il parcheggio custodito si trova dietro i cancelli del cortile. Il quartiere è pattugliato dal team di sicurezza 24/7.
La grande cucina completamente arredata si apre sulla grande sala e zona pranzo con posti a sedere per sei e vista sull'acqua. I nuovi elettrodomestici completano la cucina con tutto il necessario per una fantastica vacanza: frigorifero, piano cottura / forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, caffettiera, frullatore, pentole, padelle, piatti, tazze, bicchieri, posate e utensili.
L'acqua del piccolo rubinetto e del produttore di cubetti di ghiaccio viene filtrata per osmosi inversa e potabile senza rischi.
All'esterno c'è un barbecue a carbone, portare carbone e accendino.
Il patio a tutta lunghezza è in parte coperto per l'ombra o il sole, a tua scelta. Sedie a sdraio e un tavolo e sedie rendono la cena fuori porta facile e memorabile. Le scale dal patio vi condurranno ad una spiaggia quasi privata perfetta.
La camera da letto principale, con letto king size, si affaccia sull'acqua e ha un bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio e doccia separata. Gli scaffali sono forniti in tutti gli armadi per vestiti ed effetti personali. Le camere da letto numero due e tre sono sul lato opposto della casa e condividono il secondo bagno. La camera da letto n. 2 ha un letto king size, la camera da letto n. 3 ha due letti singoli. Entrambe le camere hanno porte scorrevoli sul cortile.
Questa casa può ospitare sei persone.
WiFi e DTV sono inclusi gratuitamente. L'aria condizionata e il riscaldamento centralizzati rendono il soggiorno confortevole. La password WiFi si trova sul modem nella barra della sala da pranzo.
Il patio sulla spiaggia offre una buca per il divertimento serale, per favore non usare il camino nella grande sala.
L'accesso alla spiaggia è tramite scale sul lato del patio, 8 scale per la spiaggia.

This is our third time staying at Casa de Nelson. We looked at other properties, but this place just has it all for us. We did have an issue that nobody had any control over as it was weather related. We had a pretty good rain that caused very small roof leak over the master bedroom that, literally, was just a drip. Annoying, but some extra bath towels and the dryer took care of the issue. Nothing anything anybody could do or predict. We did have a check-in issue due to a communication issue with VRBO, not the fault of the host at all. We plan on being back next year!

Great location, clean and well-kept, secure parking behind a private gate, and beautiful beach views with direct access to the sand. The large, open concept living/dining/kitchen is comfortable, bright and inviting. The bedrooms are comfortable - just be warned, only 1 TV in the living room, but you're on vacation anyway! There is a newer, lower tier to the patio with pavers (in the pics it's sand and plants below the fire pit level) that is awesome - it's like you're sitting right on the beach.Another plus - for those who have never been to Puerto Penasco, the tide goes out very far during low tide. Most of the surrounding beach is very rocky when the tide goes out, but this house is situated directly in front of a sand bar, so there's pretty much clear sand all the way to the water.Walmart is right down the street, and we found it very easy to drive to and from the Malecon area for fantastic seafood.We were a little confused finding the place because the numbering system is screwy - sections 7 and 8 come first, so you think you've missed section 6 where the house is located, but 6 is actually after 7 and 8 for some reason! We drove back to the very helpful security post at the front and had a good laugh!We will definitely look to re-book this location!

This house and property are phenomenal!! Plenty of dishes and utensils, extra blankets, beach chairs. Toilet paper and paper towels, even bathroom supplies, shampoo, conditioner, soaps!!Private parking area was great, games and books available. I will definitely recommend this property to everyone!!I have severe allergies and always take a clean pillow case on trips.. thank you for NOT using strong detergents and fabric softeners!We felt safe the entire time in our home away from home!!

We had everything we needed: excellent location on a sandy beach, sufficient amenities and shade. The owner/manager is very responsive and we would not hesitate to book this house again. The next door house is currently undergoing construction. We had limited privacy and all day construction noise so that was the only negative aspect.

When we 1st walked in we were so happy that the house did not smell like Fabuloso! It was very clean and well stocked. We appreciated Gary stopping by shortly after check in to answer any questions and let us know he was available if we needed anything. Great location! We'll be back.

Loved this beachfront property. Waves were big the first day and then died down the rest.only thing is the bed in master is elevated so is a littlw difficult for short people to get and out of. Otherwise great and great time was had. Will rent again.

Love the house on the beach. Will probably never stay in a resort again. We had some problems with the door opening in back but Gary was quick to get it fixed. Its nice he is close to help you with any problems that might arise. The view and the whole experience is great. Highly recommend this house. Just one tv but we didnt go to watch tv. Everything you might need is close by.

This is our second stay at this property and we're already excited about our next stay. House is well equipped with everything we could possibly need and the location cannot be beat - literally steps from patio to the beach. Owner is very responsive to any questions we have. My parents owned a home in Las Conchas growing up, so I have a deep love for this development. I've been staying here for years now. The house location is great and is always clean. The hospitality from Gary the property manager is warm, professional and friendly. This is by far my favorite place to stay in Las Conchas. Thank you Gary and the Nelson's!

We stayed for few days and were very happy. House was as described, clean, kitchen well stocked, great ocean views. Enclosed front yard was convenient for our dog so he didn’t have to be leashed at all times. Shower and a hose on the patio to rinse off your sandy feet. There is quite a bit of reef along the beach at Las Conchas so take your water shoes. The house is situated perfectly as there is nice opening in the reef with sections of sandy beach. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

We had a wonderful and relaxing 12 night stay. The house is just as advertised - we loved being on the beach and centrally located. The bench seats along the windows facing the beach and water were the most enjoyable place to relax, nap, enjoy the view and be out of the sunshine but still part of the wonderful outdoors. Gary was super - stopped by the first day to make sure all was good. Then when a small water leak was noticed outside, he had a repair completed the same day. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back. Muchas gracias!

Casa de Nelson was exactly as advertised, and exceeded all of our expectations. Gary is a marvelous host, and when we had a minor hiccup due to a power outage, he came right over and fixed our problem. We'll definiteyl be looking at a return visit next year.

We liked the property. Everything was there and more. The only thing was no hairdryer, but we should have brought our own. The property and house were in a nice setting. The property manager was there to check on things, and took care of things immediately. Convenient to town. A few things need fixed to make it a perfect stay. On the beach was a real plus. We would return. Very beautiful setting and relaxing.
