Not what we were expecting
We were grateful for the condo owner allowed us to stay in another one of her units after she sold the one we rented for our birthday family vacation. This unit was more spacious, however, we encountered numerous issues throughout our week long vacation. Here is a list of the problems we experienced:-Dryer did not work (you only get one set of towels and they were disgusting and musty by the end of trip!)-All three patio slider doors took ALL of your might to open. As it got more humid, they stuck even more. -The front door lock did not operate correctly (it was an evident issue as there were two old door locks stored in the laundry room cabinets). My son got locked out three times after early morning fishing. -Strong sewage smell in the evenings- we had to run a/c after prying patio doors open to get foul smelling air out. -Shower drain was so heavily clogged, the shower overflowed into primary bathroom (remember- only one set of towels provided for 7 days with inoperative dryer). -My husband pulled out a baseball sized hair clog from drain, only further amplifying the sewer smell. -Las Palomas was paining the yellow curbs throughout the property, including the parking garage, where the a/c condensing units are located. The toxic chemical paint smell flooded the unit for two days straight, of course mixed with the sewage smell. I emailed the condo owner twice about the issues- she had CasaGo maintenance come by to pour some drano. Not a good experience!!
