Beautiful 2-bed, 2-bath condo in the center tower offers spectacular ocean views and sleeping accommodations for all guests.

Enjoy the views from the well-appointed living space - Smart TV and sofa sleeper. The kitchen offers stainless-steel appliances, small appliances (blender, toaster, standard coffee maker), island bar with three (3) barstools and dining table for six (6).

The master suite features a king-size bed, TV, access to patio, private bathroom with double vanity, separate soaking tub and large shower.

The guest bedroom has two (2) queen-size beds, TV, easy access to hall bath with single vanity, and large shower.

Convenient in-unit laundry room with washer/dryer.

All bed/bath linens, bath and hand soap, and shampoo/conditioner are provided. Beach towels, beach chairs, and laundry soap are NOT provided.

Central air-conditioning/heating, free Wi-Fi, keyless entry system, and free parking are standard.

Would stay again

This place is VERY spacious. There were 5 adults in our visit and we all fit comfortably. The communication with the host was quick and easy. They were very responsive to our needs, including when we were unsure if the main AC unit was working, they had someone out right away. The only issue with the room was the room with the 2 beds, the beds are extra firm! Too firm to get comfortable in. The resort was really nice. We felt safe with the security also to check wristbands. We did have a a little scary moment when we got stuck in the elevator for 5mins. All in all would stay here again.

Bring your own beach towels and paper products!

Pros: clean and pretty property. Smaller property to easier to check in and out. Very good assigned parking spot. Good WiFi and hot tubs on the property Cons: no beach towels in the unit or at the pool. Bring your own as well as towels for the kitchen. There is no keyless entry - only one key for everyone! Not helpful with teens during spring break! Ice machine in fridge is broken. Only 6 bath towels provided for the entire unit. Only one roll of paper towels and 4 rolls of toilet paper for the whole unit provided for our stay. Property Manager is in Mexico Property - no happy hour and only a small portion of the pool by the bar is heated.

Nice weekend getaway

We had a great stay, the place was clean and comfortable. Balcony views were amazing! Furniture in the living room was cozy and the kitchen supplies were sufficient for a weekend stay. I would say the second bedroom beds were atop hard and my kids had a hard time sleeping in them and the master bath water didn’t get hot but since there were two bathrooms we didn’t bother to try to get it resolved and just used the second shower. It would also be nice if the front door had a code rather than a single key to make it easier to access for a family.

Worst experience

Hello, This is Lourdes of your rental for this weekend; We were not able to get into the room as per our contract. I had to contact you and we got in at 4:51 to be exact; Once we got into the room, we were extremely disappointed in the room condition, lack of amenities, Paper Towels, Basic Kitchen items for cooking, soap/shampoo, not even soap to wash dishes or hands; the back door broken latch, dirty bed sheets.. There was green deposits on faucet. The sheets were stained. Knowing that we were late for our event, we are looking one full day credit. Thank you for your understanding.

Great, BUT...

Overall experience was awesome. Only complaint was a couple of things that need fixing with our room (702C). The shower in the master bath was out of order and a couple of the ceiling fans could use an upgrade. Very loud noises when turned on. Other than that, everything was very clean, check in was flawless, and amenities were great!

Perfect Getaway

This hotel room was very nice. Exactly like the pictures, maybe nicer! Amy was great to work with and very accommodating. The views are also amazing! Would highly recommend!!!

Wonderful stay

We arrived to a beautiful view and a clean property. The location is perfect, as well as the parking spot (right next to the elevators). You are close to the pool area, gym, and delicious poolside restaurant Swim. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the hospitality.

Great property, good owner communication, some items needed attention

Relatively good stay. Beautiful condo with huge balcony. Cleanliness of sheets and towels needed addressing. (Owner sent back out cleaners which was great). Didn't have much for towels for group of four. No hair dryer. Only given one extra toilet paper per room. Had to use one of our own we brought luckily just in case. Door uses key (not keypad). Door left unlocked both at check in and check out... Not most secure. Also requires us to take key everywhere versus having keypad. Also made it hard to come up separately from group as they would be without the key to the room. Overall very nice but can use improvements to help make the stay more pleasurable.

Great spot, great view, great host

Host was easy to communicate with and send maintenance quickly when small things arose. Overall the place is gorgeous and has incredible view. Would highly recommend this property to anyone. We have stayed at Bella Sirena several times.
