Breathtaking Custom Home in Sandy Beach with Great Amenities!

  • Breathtaking custom home with over 3000sqft of indoor and outdoor living space and stunning views. It is a beachfront property only a couple minutes walk to the water, and a community pool that is heated/cooled, as well as an attached jacuzzi just steps away from the home. The property style is contemporary with beautiful beach style fresh and crisp décor.

    It is family-run, and we take pride in trying to make sure the home is in flawless condition.

    It boasts 4 bedrooms including two primary bedrooms with on-suite ba, total of 3 ba. and you will be able to see the bed description is in the amenities page.
    There are a couple of large patios/terraces with beautiful views of the ocean. There a other areas on the second story which are off-limits, so we kindly ask guests to obey the signs, not to enter.

    Kitchen and bathroom basics provided but limited, so feel free to bring extras, according your needs and group size. Basic bedding linens and towels are also provided; 1 ba towel and 1 pool towel per adult, but we also recommend you bring extras from home, to better fit your needs.

    You may use the spacious two car garage, plus extra driveway space for 2 vehicles. We respectfully ask guests to refrain from using the exterior stairway which has a closed gate that leads to a separate apt. which is for owner use only and has no access to the inside of the home.

    The property is very conveniently located with just a short drive to town, shops, restaurants, and more!
    This pristine home has many resort-like amenities and comforts you need for a relaxing beach getaway in style!

Excellent location close to the beach and in a pretty setting. But furniture, indoor and out and including mattresses, was uncomfortable with thin cushions. Also, most of the doors in the house were welded shut, which seemed like a fire hazard as well as making it hard to enjoy ocean breezes and outdoor spaces.

We recently stayed at this beautiful VRBO property in Puerto Peñasco, and we could not have been happier with our choice. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated the house was. It truly felt like a relaxing home away from home.One of the absolute best features of this property is its incredible location. It is perfectly situated just steps away from both the community pool and the beach. Being so close made it incredibly easy to transition from a morning walk on the sand to a relaxing afternoon by the pool without any hassle, which made our vacation feel seamless and stress-free.During our stay, we experienced a minor issue with the refrigerator. While unexpected maintenance glitches can sometimes disrupt a trip, this situation only highlighted what a fantastic host runs this property. We reached out to the owner, and they responded almost immediately. They handle the situation with the utmost professionalism and efficiency, sending someone to fix the issue right away. Their quick communication and dedication to ensuring we had a comfortable stay were incredibly reassuring.Overall, the combination of a stunning, clean house, an unbeatable location close to the water, and a highly responsive, helpful host made our trip unforgettable. We highly recommend this Puerto Peñasco home to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway, and we would absolutely love to stay here again in the future!

Undisclosed occupancy and safety concern impacted stay We had a concerning experience during our stay. The listing did not clearly disclose that a basement apartment on the property is regularly occupied by the owners or their family. This information was only communicated after booking.During our stay, an adult occupant associated with the property was visible in a nude state from a guest-accessible outdoor area, which was extremely distressing, especially as minors were present. We have documented this incident.We contacted the host immediately. While the host later confirmed the basement unit is used by family members, the situation was initially denied and then minimized, which added to our concern.We would not have booked this property had full disclosure been provided in advance. We recommend future guests confirm all occupancy details prior to booking.

Great House Great Stay

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and well stocked. No issues and the host was responsive whenever we had a question. The only suggestion we would have is to get better mattresses for the bunk rooms. We had mostly adults and the mattresses in those rooms were a bit hard. The two king size mattresses were fine. Other than that we had a great stay and a wonderful time.

Awesome Senior Framily Trip

The house is huge - perfect for a large framily vacation. It was decorated with a cute beachy theme and very clean. The location cannot be beat! It's right next to the pool with a short walk to the beach. The community is safe and monitored. We had an issue with a few items that were not stocked, but it was quickly resolved with a text to the property manager. She was very responsive and wanted to make things right. We will def stay here again!!

Family getaway

Beautiful property, perfect for the entire family. Close to the pool and nice little walk to the beach. Very nice community, pleasant people around, front gate security very helpful. We had a feeling of being secured by seeing security walking around the property at all hours of the day and night. Our stay was very pleasant and the owners are very nice! Thank you for sharing your home with our family! We will definitely be back again. If I could make suggestion, sponge to wash dishes and make sure WiFi is working. Didn't mind so much because it allowed the family to disconnect and be present!! But we did want to wind down and watch a movie for the kids.

The BEST stay in Peñasco 2023

We have been traveling to Peñasco for the past 10 years. This has been by far our best Spring Break. The pictures of the home do not do it justice. We arrived and everything was ready as we expected. The rooms and bathrooms were large. The beds were very comfortable. The sliding doors opened up all the way and extended the living space. We had them open all day! The walking distance to the beach was 3 minutes and the pool/spa was right outside our door. The whole property felt like a bedroom community and it was nice and quiet like we like it so we can hear the ocean waves. Our dog Ocean enjoyed his morning walks. There are many restaurants to choose from and they are very close. The grocery stores are also close and have everything you need to cook a nice family dinner. The Aguilera's are great hosts and super communicative. We hope their home is available next year when we plan our vacation.

Jewel of a Stay

This is a first class house, with a terrific layout, great space, and high end modern furnishings. Our 3 generation family of 6 spent a week at the Aguilera vacation home, and everyone agreed we will be back. The deck is fantastic. We spent every evening enjoying adult beverages and playing games on the deck. There is also a deck on the upper floor with a fantastic view of the Sea of Cortez. The house is close to the pool in the Costa Diamante complex and a very short walk to Sandy Beach. The kitchen has a stainless steel french door refrigerator and a Wolf gas range. The house also has a propane grill, so there were multiple options for cooking meals on the nights when we didn't eat at one of the local restaurants. The Super Lay and Sam'sClub grocery stores were a short drive away. The washer and dryer were a plus (for stays more than 3 nights). The house provides beach towels. And there's a ping pong table in the garage. Definite 5 star rating.

GREAT LOCATION, SETUP, SPACEY & COMFY!

The house is in a great location, close to the beach with easy access, right across from the pool & jacuzzi. (nicely heated) Checking in was easy & fast. Parking is easy, with ample room for 3 normal vehicles. The house is nicely setup with enough room for 12 people (2 rooms have bunks, 1w/a trundle!) The mattresses in "smaller bunk room" we had the kids (age 11 & 12) complain they were not comfy & felt like they "sunk" in the middle. The rest of the rooms the beds were comfy. Outside patio has a nice table to eat meals at & enjoy the weather, the master patio also has wicker set but cushions are badly sun weathered & falling apart we were afraid to move them & damage even more. All else is nicely setup with kitchenware, utensils, pots, pans some mixing bowls etc. Gas stove is lovely & AC/Heat units in all the rooms to its great to be able to control separately! Shampoo, conditioner & body washes in all the showers! Grill outside is nice & had propane, kids loved the ping pong in garage for the time we stayed since it was a bit chilly outside! Overall a nice house with a convenient, secure location.

Beautiful Modern House

This house is a short walk to the beach and right next to the pool and hot tub area. The house was very new. Smelled like it had just been painted. It was very nice and I would definitely rent it again, but we have some recommendations…mattresses on the bunk beds are poor quality. You can feel the springs in them. I’m sure they are fine for toddlers, but my teenagers complained. The front door is not operable for guests. This would normally not be a problem, but they were re-doing the community path behind the house which made it a little awkward to exit through the back each time. I would recommend some plastic cups/plates for the kitchen. The upstairs has some dangerous patios. They have signs warning not to enter but a curious child could easily access them if no adults are around. It was a wonderful visit to Rocky Point at this house. The neighborhood is fantastic and feels very safe.
