2 camere da letto 2 bagni condominio nel nuovissimo edificio di livello superiore Casa Blanca D. Splendida vista sull'oceano, sulla città e sul mini golf. La master suite ha comodi cuscini Serta con letto king size, comodi cuscini e tonalità scure della finestra per consentire di dormire, se lo si desidera, o lasciare aperto e alzarsi con l'alba per un caffè. C'è anche un letto pieghevole / pouf aggiuntivo nel master. Bagno padronale attaccato con granito e piastrelle. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale simile, tv a schermo piatto con lettore dvd. Divano letto queen size ideale per i bambini in salotto con schermo piatto da 50 "con TV diretta con canali HBO-Stars 500 e stazioni phoenix, stereo surround, Internet ad alta velocità gratuito e WIFI. Ampio patio con due tavoli, posti a sedere all'aperto per 9 e barbecue elettrico nel patio. (O può utilizzare barbecue a gas e Palapas nell'area comune). Cucina ben attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile; piano cottura, forno, microonde, frullatore, caffettiera, pentole, utensili. Abbiamo cucinato i pasti del Ringraziamento qui !. Osmosi inversa per bere e fabbricatore di ghiaccio. Ampio tavolo da pranzo interno con 6 posti a sedere e 3 sedie alte alte. . Aria condizionata e riscaldamento, 6 ventilatori a soffitto. Mazze da putter per mini golf, alcuni body board per giochi da spiaggia e alcuni accessori da spiaggia. 3 piscine all'aperto disponibili. Accesso tramite ascensore o scale. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia per una passeggiata o tidepools. Può raggiungere a piedi i ristoranti vicini.

Everything was perfect! Incredibly clean especially considering the sand and the beach. The pool and short walk to the beach was so ideal. We also loved the cafe for morning coffee and breakfast. Location is great for the walking distance to restaurants.

Casa Blanca

The Casa Blanca is a nice resort to stay at short walk down to the ocean. The room was nice and communication with host was great the would respond. Had some issues with pullout but not a big deal as owner stated they would fix the issue aside from that it was a nice room and the stay was great would definitely book again. The sky view lounge has an awesome view aswell.

Amazing Family Vacation

Our family had an amazing stay. We will return again for sure.The condo was very home like. It had everything you needed to enjoy! We were able to cook many meals. Most of all wash clothes. Its a must have after spending time at the beach. The views are amazing and a very pet friendly environment. The host were very accommodating to everything we needed! Over all experience was great!

There was no stay

When we arrived we were told the elevator had been broken for two weeks. After having to make several expensive international calls and with the help of the property manager and especially Julieta at the entry gate we found another place. When the owner called us back we explained we could not go up and down 80 stairs each way with my husband using a cane and me having to make several trips to get our things up to the fourth floor because the elevator was broken. He said he thought it had been fixed and would authorize us for a full refund. As of Thursday we had only received a partial refund. Julia

Its the little things.

Accommodations were fine, however little gremlins kept popping up. Ice machine would not dispense and the ice was a solid block. We managed to chip away at it. Batteries in tv remotes were dead. Managed to use batteries from my mouse to power roku...direct tv a no go...missing remote for guest bedroom tv..no tv in master. No coffee filters. Used a paper towel..worked but a litte messy with overflow. Got locked out..electronic door..took 2 hours to get in...maintenance guy locked deadbolt which we had no key for. Elevator did not work..20 steps per floor... 4th floor unit. Take care of the little things and this would be an ok place. The did credit one night for our trouble...good on them.

Had a great time

This is our second time staying at this condo. Love that it’s near two pools. Tried the restaurant La Joya. Bit pricey, but food was good. It’s nice to have an eating place within walking distance. The condo works out for us. Suggestion: a lamp in second BR would be nice for reading

Great Place in Rocky Point

This 2BR condo was the perfect place for our annual family long weekend in Rocky Point. Impecabbly clean, beautiful views of both Sandy Beach and Old Port, tons of amenities onsite. The well stocked kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals and the place was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Stunning beach condo!

I love Rocky point and I have yet so stay in a bad condo on Sandy beach and this one was no different! Ocean view, a little bit of a walk to get to the beach because you have to walk past the mini golf course and three pools and bistro but totally worth it because we were able to bring the dogs and enjoy the beach with them too!! Would definitely stay again! Quick response time from the owners when a question came up, check in process was super smooth, everything in working order in the condo as well! Having a closet full of beach items(chairs, umbrellas, boogie board) was also a major plus although we brought our own and didn’t use much of it. 10 out of 10.

Rocky point 2023

The place was very clean and well stocked. AC worked great. End of July is hot and humid outside. The condo was comfortable and cool. Beds were so comfortable. On site pools were clean and refreshing. Beach is within walking distance. We went on a wonderful fishing trip. Caught so many fish. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Many restaurants within walking distance.

Perfect!

Condo beautifully decorated as described with all amenities necessary for your stay. New restaurant La Joya on the premises and a fourth swim up pool with a bar makes it the perfect stay. Communication with the owners and Hector was easy and I highly recommend this condo. This is my second time staying at this condo and def look forward for another stay in the future. Thank you!

They Have the Important Things Right

This condo is clean and comfortable. We truly appreciated the good bed in the master. Being able to sleep comfortably is very important to us. Casa Blanca is making improvements and is a nice resort. Their new restaurant La Joya, is excellent! We played miniature golf, walked the beach and enjoyed the condo. Recommend it!
