Casa Blanca D 405 · Sandy Beach 2 BR Condo

This 2-bedroom unit is on the 4th floor in Casa Blanca Resort located in Sandy Beach area. It is a great place to relax, enjoy resorts amenities and eat fresh seafood.

Master bedroom has a King Size bed with a private bathroom, Guest bedroom has a queen size bed and shares hallway bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Maximum occupancy in unit is 6 people.

The beach is a short walk on the pathway through the resorts eighteen-hole putting course.



The Condo has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops including all appliances as refrigerator, electric stove and oven, mounted microwave with exhaust fan, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, glasses, pots, pans, and silverware. There is a Reverse Osmosis water system for filtered water at sink. Unit is equipped with air conditioning and heating. The Laundry room has a washer and dryer for your use.



Guest will be able to use any of the 3 pools of the resort, one alongside the beach, the eighteen-hole putting course, exercise trail, gas and charcoal BBQ grills in picnic areas, beach volley ball court and access to the public beach with palapas and palm trees.

Casa Blanca is a gated community with an eighteen-hole putting course where you can enjoy a round of miniature golf with the family surrounded by pathways, bridges and ponds, there are three swimming pools, one of them alongside the beach overlooking the Sea of Cortez, gas and charcoal grills in resort picnic areas under palapas with tables, guards on duty 24/7, large parking lot only steps to the front door of the condo and only a short walk through resort to uncrowded beach with palapas and palm trees.



Casa Blanca is located in Sandy Beach area next to other high rise resort buildings. It is a short drive into town where you can find all kinds of fresh seafood restaurants, bars and shopping.



Occupants must obey the rules and regulations of the Casa Blanca HOA

Casa Blanca Golf Villas requires that wristbands be worn at all times during your visit. These will be issued at check in.

Sandy beach condo

The condo was beautiful and comfortable for my family of 7, we enjoyed the stay with a great view each morning at the sea and doing our daily walk to the beach and pool at Casa Blanca golf villas. Would love to come back for another summer vacation!

Easy checkin. Plentiful cleaning and bathroom supplies. Spectaculbar beach and beautiful grounds. Condo even nicer than pictures, especially the balcony. Master bedroom matress a little hard for us.patio. Our little dog loved

Our Stay in D 405

Overall we enjoyed our stay in Init 405. It’s a beautiful unit overlooking the pools. The bed in the master bedroom is extremely hard but otherwise everything was very nice!! Casa Blanca is a great place to stay and I would consider renting there again.

No fue la mejor experiencia con el servicio,y el condo esta descuidado en la cocina cosas mal estado no se como no miran todas las fallas y el servicios de la comunicacion mal no tiene alguin para ayudar ya que la persana encarga no nunca me pudo ayuadar con mis dudas fue un poblema para entra a lugar.

Casa Blanca D405

Overall, a very nice experience. Complex clean and friendly. A bit of a walk to the ocean. Luckily our elevator was working - another building's was out - and this would have been a no-go for us with old knees. Unit was clean and welcoming except for minor details (batteries in tv remotes missing, a couple lights/fans not working, furniture needs some TLC (wobbly coffee table, dining chair seats in sad shape). Dishes a total mishmash, but enough to get by. Excellent water pressure and an R.O. filter in kitchen. Beds very firm, but still comfortable. Front bedroom needs block-out window shade due to light in outside hallway.

Its a solid place to stay

Overall the unit and location was good, but there was moldy food above the fridge in a cabinet, the disposal didnt work, and the bed in the main bedroom was hard as rock. But those were my only complaints, all and all a good place to stay

Stylish condo

We have stayed at Casa Blanca before, but this was one of the nicest for decorations. The table on the balcony was really perfect and we ate out there and played cards out there. Great view. Also when we were inside the couches were more comfortable than the other places we have stayed. The only thing we felt was lacking was the kitchen dish, pots and pans. They have everything for the most part, but I love to cook and there were minimal supplies and not great quality. Over all though we would stay there again.

Nice condo

Nice clean condo and great location but there was pool construction and jack hammering below us that was not disclosed to us prior to booking. Comfortable beds but bath towels could be updated. They had bleach stains on them and only 1 wash cloth in hall bathroom. It would be nice if shampoo and conditioner were supplied. Overall it was a nice unit and with a few small improvements this condo could be top notch.
