Great for Families, 5 Bedroom on Sandy Beach

Summary:

Beautiful home in the most upscale community in the entire city! Located on Sandy Beach, the premier tourist location with restaurants, bars and activities. Perfect place for a family vacation. House has tons of deck space for outdoor fun. First level has a huge patio with a grill, the second level has balcony with ocean views. Lastly there is a roof top deck with amazing views. Please note that this home has a stovetop but no oven, and no dishwasher.

House has 5 bedrooms with 11 beds.



The Space:

The five bedrooms makes the home perfect for families and groups! A place for everyone to sleep. The home also features 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. The living room and kitchen are a touch smaller, but the outdoor balcony spaces are great and have some good seating options.



Guest Access:

The home is accessible through a 24 hour security gate. Guests will have easy access and resort wristbands to use the entire community!

With 24-hour security and guard gates, you can be sure that your vacation will be safe and unforgettable. Sandy Beach area in Puerto Penasco, Sonora, Mexico is a beautiful stretch of beach that spans several miles along the Sea of Cortez. The beach is known for its soft, powdery sand that is perfect for lounging and playing beach games, as well as its crystal-clear waters that are ideal for swimming, kayaking, and paddle-boarding. The beach is relatively flat and wide, providing ample space for beachgoers to spread out and enjoy the sun and surf. There are several restaurants and beach bars in the area that offer delicious food and refreshing drinks, and many of them have outdoor seating that provides stunning views of the beach and ocean. The area is also popular for water sports such as jet skiing, parasailing, and fishing, and there are several rental companies that offer equipment and tours. Overall, the Sandy Beach area is a fantastic destination for anyone looking to soak up the sun and enjoy the beauty of the Sea of Cortez.



Getting Around:

Easy to get around using your car, or taxi's. Many bars, restaurants, shopping, and beach activities are within easy walking distance as well.

Great property

Property was very clean. Check in process was super easy. Shower pressure was the best we have had staying in Rocky Point. Host was super attentive. Thanks for a great trip. We will definitely book again.

Love love love

Stay was amazing, host was very attentive and everything I needed was at a walking distance. My family and I felt comfortable and safe. Love that it’s a gated community and that the beach area below their compound was a private property beach. Not so crowded and bought lots of fun stuff from vendors without lots of hassle. Only one con, bathroom next to master had low water pressure and no hot water, so the 8 of us had to wait for the shower. Other than that, tons of space and enough restrooms for those needing to use the restroom now. We’re excited to make this place our yearly getaway.

Nice home on Sandy Beach

We stayed at this house for a weekend getaway, there were 8 of us. The house was clean when we arrived and had the basic necessities that we needed for our stay. The communication from the host was friendly and informative and they were responsive and very accommodating (calling to let us know the house was ready for an earlier check-in than we had requested). The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen stocked with what we needed (a few more pieces of silverware would be nice for large parties), and the property was as advertised. The beach was a short walk and on a nice section of Sandy Beach with fewer rocks/reefs. The pool and hot tub were also a short walk and they were very nice and we had them to ourselves when we went. We walked to the restaurant at the property next door for breakfast, La Joya Bistro & Bar, and it was fantastic. We would stay here again.

Great location

We stayed in this home for Christmas with our extended family. There were 14 of us. This home lacked a few of the basic necessities it also did not have enough plates for everyone to eat at the same time. The kitchen doesn't have a stove, dishwasher or an indoor dining table or enough seating for everyone. The sleeping arrangements were great and the rooms were spacious. The home doesn't have any beach chairs or towels so make sure to bring your own. The house had one towel per person for our stay so bring extra. Make sure to bring shampoo and soap because it's not provided. The beach is a short walk which was real nice. The community pool was great we had the whole thing to ourselves. Overall the price was a bit high for what you get.
