  • Marbrisa de Cortez è un nuovissimo, splendidamente decorato, cinque camere da letto, bagno di 4 ½ a casa, con una splendida vista sull'oceano. Ci sono tre camere matrimoniali. Master camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, accesso a un patio esterno e ampio bagno privato. Master camera da letto due ha letto matrimoniale, vista mare, accesso al patio e bagno privato. Tre camere da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, vista mare e lavandino privato. Camera da letto quattro è l'ideale per i bambini con un letto a castello, doppia più completa, vista mare, accesso al patio e lavandino privato. Camera da letto cinque, che in realtà è una pensione privata con un ingresso separato, è spaziosa con un letto king size, angolo soggiorno, angolo cottura con lavello, piccolo frigorifero, caffettiera, forno a microonde e bagno privato. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, compresa la lavastoviglie, e la maggior parte dei piccoli elettrodomestici tra cui, caffettiera, frullatore, tostapane e forno a microonde. La grande sala è spaziosa e ariosa con grandi vetrate, posti a sedere comodi, tra cui un bellissimo divano in pelle, camino a legna, (portare i propri registri di legna o fuoco) TV ad alta definizione con satellite e DVD, (portare proprio DVD) tavolo da pranzo, grande bar per la colazione che funge anche da spazio per la preparazione, un bellissimo soffitto boveda e una favolosa vista sul Mare di Cortez. Il patio esterno coperto è spazioso e l'arredamento del patio è fornito. C'è anche un ponte superiore per il relax e la visualizzazione del bellissimo mare di Cortez. Altri servizi includono aria centrale e riscaldamento, e ventilatori a soffitto in tutto, TV in ogni camera da letto con satellite, belle piastrelle di lavoro in tutta la casa, doccia esterna e barbecue a gas di grandi dimensioni. Richieste di proprietario No Smoking Inside e No Pets. Lenzuola e un set di asciugamani da bagno sono forniti. Minimo 2 notti. Vacanze 3 notti

Overall a great stay. Some lights didn't work, and the heating was a little fritzy, but the weather cooperated for January and the stay was exactly what we expected. Clise beach access. Quiet.

Excellent Getaway Spot

Great Place to Stay

Nice house with open living room and kitchen. 2 bedrooms on each end of the house and a private room with full bathroom just outside connected to the garage. 10 steps from the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Family time

Our stay was amazing. We were a big group. Big family. A total of 13 guest. Walking distance to the beach which was our favorite part. Kitched big and roomie Was able to cook meals for the fanily wirh out having to step out to each everytime.enough bathrooms available for a big group of people. Driving distance to a Stores and fun activates was also short. Great communication with thr host. TVs were a bit small but no big deal because we werw out and about most of the time anyway. We will consider this place in the future

Expensive & Needs Work

We enjoyed our two night stay but for the price we expected paper towels! We would not stay here again. Pros: close to beach, cute house, close to town, plenty of space, liked the Mexican decor, good AC. Cons: No paper towels, no shot glasses, patio furniture was not setup and needed to find it in the garage, lots of light switches that go nowhere, blinds were old and gross but bedroom curtains appear new, appliances were old and need to be replaced, busy street…needs work and could be much better especially for the price.

Old Property and most of the items not working

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this property for 3 families for 3 days and as a per the property description not enough space for sleep, i.e. less rooms. Except 1 bathroom all are not in a working condition either leak or not in proper conditions. We have to keep calling the maintenance for fixing the issue. One day suddenly no water in the property and we spent almost 4 hours without water. Informed the Ocean rental property team and they were arrogant on responding and refused to give any discount or compensation for the failures.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation stay at Marbrisa de Cortez was nothing other then frustrationg. Although the beauty of the rental is great , the plumbing was a complete joke and made left a bad taste in our mouths.When we arrived the water pressure was about zero. The well and pump is in the garage and flooding everywhere. They came to fix the issue but only put a band-aid on it. The water basically spit out of the fixtures and never really had consisant pressure. The toilets, when flussing, gurged loudly when flushed. When I say gurgled it sounded like the toilet was abolut to take a trip to the moom. The casita toilet leaked from the tank and had water all over the floor. Rust was also present in the pipes with would also leave rust on thebody.We also had issues with the fridgerator as it would cool when we got there. They brought another USED one out but it leaked from the freezer into the fridge all over our food. We also found old dog toys and human hair in the Casita bed. YUKWe will not be stayiong here at all again and will not rent from Oceano again.

Would definitely recommend to rent with this company, they are very nice give you a list of places for food that they recommend. Had a little mishap with locking the keys in the house, they came and unlocked the door within a timely manner and didn’t give us any problems about it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this location within Los Conchas for the beach and for our walks when the tide goes out. This property is great for its views, its ability to accommodate our large family, and its cleanliness. This house not only has plenty of bedrooms but also a ton of bathrooms. The patio was in better shape this time, we spend most of our time there, followed by sunsets on the observation deck. Only negatives were the lighting in the great room didn’t work that well ( we just repositioned the lamps) and only half the grill worked. It was missing knobs and we couldn’t find a grill brush. This place will always be our go-to rental.

Home is second lot back from the beach but the neighboring lot is unimproved so you still have beautiful views of the ocean. only added 25 meters to walk to the water. For the price you cant beat it! We had an awesome time. The only thing is this house is listed with 5 bathrooms and it only has 4. Some had to sleep in living room sofa :-(

AWFUL Experience

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Three small families rented this vacation rental to come down to Mexico(where we all visit multiple times a year). We were informed via the US embassy website that it was HIGHLY recommended not to travel to Mexico at that time due to potential boarder closures and the recent elevated COViD cases. I also called the embassy to confirm. We reached out to the property management company to either get a refund or credit for the place so we could make a trip down at another time(we also mentioned we understood there should be a fee to do this) and the management company would not work with us AT ALL. So we lost out on over $700 and these three families and their friends will never stay at another one of your resorts again. Not only would we not get any understanding on this issue, the customer service personnel were rude. That’s enough in itself, but we were going to leave on Thursday and I had to go get a COVID test on the Tuesday before. Luckily I came back negative but it was a scare and I didn’t get my results until late Thursday evening.

Beautiful home, steps from beach

The house was beautiful, and tastefully decorated with rustic Mexican decor. It had all the amenities needed, and was steps away from the beach. The home was clean, with the exception of a few stray cigarette butts and bottle caps on the outside, along with a few cans/bottles on the rooftop(easy to miss) The only downside is the home is located near a public access to the beach, so there was a little more foot traffic than we would have preferred. Aside from that, the rooftop had breathtaking views, and the interior had everything we needed for our family. I would highly recommend staying at this property.
