This is a comfortable two bedrooms two bath unit with a fantastic location on the secluded community of Las Conchas, place is perfect to rest and to be away from all the bustle. The Space:
The condo is spacious and well furnished, two bedrooms two-baths located in the 4th floor perfect for a family or friends getaway with smart lock for easy access and has gated parking with security 24/7. Make yourself at home as we've provided it all. You've got everything you need; dishes, washer & dryer, pots and pans for cooking along with basic cooking amenities like oil, salt, pepper, bath towels, beach towel, bathroom amenities and much more. Relaxation abounds!

The master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, walk-in closet, and has easy access to the master bathroom just across the bed for a total privacy. The second bedroom has two comfy full size beds, nightstand, spacious closet, and easy access to the guest bathroom.

The dining area has a beautiful dining table with modern chairs set to seat 8 people with beautiful views to enjoy meals. Spacious stocked kitchen with beautiful wooden cabinets and complimenting neutral colored granite counter tops with built-in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove and oven. You will find it all; dinnerware, flatware, glasses, wine glasses, pots and pans, cooking oil, salt, and pepper.

Living area is comfortable furnished, has a 50" smart tv to enjoy Netflix streaming with amazing views. Unit has furnished balcony with breathtaking views and it is just two blocks away from the private beach.

The condo has basic amenities like hair dryer, iron and iron board, beach towels, beach chairs and laundry room.

All our guest has access to enjoy the main pool, kids pool, gym, BBQ grills, volleyball court and garden.

While we are fully responsible for the condominium, we cannot be held responsible for the common areas, extra third-party provider's services for power, water, internet etc.

Condo was very clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. Management responded quickly to all questions. Security guards were friendly. The hot tubs were not heated. Condo is a short walk to a non crowded beach. Overall, a nice place to stay if you are staying in Las Conchas.

This was a great place to stay, very close to a quiet part of the beach. About a 10 minute taxi ride to down town and the resort area, and the on campus workers will call the taxi for you. Will stay here again, clean space and great amenities.

This condo was great! It was only about a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. The beach itself was a lot cleaner than the public beach and had less panhandlers. We had a bit of trouble trying to get the door open at first but someone called me immediately to resolve the issue. The condo was clean, well decorated and really relaxing. The water pressure in the shower was not very strong but overall it was a nice place.
