Una volta che sei stato a La Casita Bonita Del Mar si desidera tornare!
Questa non è casa di un condominio. Ha Privacy senza vicini ti guarda !!
Si trova a Las Conchas, un residence premier con accesso controllato (24 ore guardie) e le spiagge più belle - tranquillo, silenzioso, di sabbia e di espansive. A pochi minuti (5) per il centro di Puerto Penasco, (Rocky Point).
Questo è un accogliente due camere da letto Beach Bungalow (unico livello-Home), una favolosa vista sul mare. La Casita è Second Tier, ma a soli 50 yards dalla spiaggia, con il passaggio pedonale della spiaggia proprio di fronte a casa.
Rilassatevi nel patio anteriore con i suoni del mare o verso il basso sulla spiaggia a godersi il caldo sole messicano. Grill alcuni pescato sul barbecue Grill.
Due grandi Master Camere da letto w / master Terme, entrambe le camere da letto ha letto New California King, entrambe le camere hanno Kiva caminetti, per quella serata romantica. Blow-Up Queen Bed for Living Area per ospiti extra ....


solo 2 TV-Monitor / lettori DVD-VCR in entrambe le camere, DVD-VCR Film, aria condizionata, ventilatori a soffitto in tutte le camere, un ampio portico con posti a sedere, grill barbecue, doccia esterna. Le lenzuola sono fornite per letti king size.
Proprietario richiede non fumare all'interno. Gli animali domestici sono sempre i benvenuti, depositi No Pet, ma la responsabilità per la pulizia dentro e fuori è tuo. La cucina è attrezzata con stoviglie, macchina per il caffè, frullatore, microonde e tostapane.

Perfect getaway

The location was fantastic. Just a few steps down the path and the beach was there. Loved that it was not crowded too. My favorite part of the day was outside on the porch area listening to the waves. The owner was fantastic! Easy to reach and very helpful.

Great House and Location - Highly recommend

Had such a wonderful time at this property. Perfect getaway for a few people and/or pets. Easy access to beach. Well kept and organized. Will definitely stay here again, in fact I'm already planning it!

Excellent! More than we expected. Bed was comfortable. Bath towels were large, soft, and fluffy. More provisions included than expected - paper towels, toilet paper, hand and dish soap. Kitchen clean and fully furnished including small appliances. We had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

“Pet friendly”

It is a cute little house. The only thing is it did say it was “pet friendly “ and for someone who doesn’t have pets I would not recommend staying there. We found a lot of dog hair on the furniture. Other than that it was good.

Lovey Spot

We had an amazing stay at the beach bungalow. The pictures didn't do it justice. Everything was super clean, the king beds were a dream, the kitchen fully stocked with everything you'd need to make meals. Just steps away from the beach we enjoyed morning sunrises and nightly sunsets. Loved that they had an outdoor water source to rinse the sand off and keep the indoors clean. The outdoor patio space was used daily and perfect for sun tanning or getting a break from the ocean sun. The beach was pretty quiet overall with a lot less vendors than the downtown space. They only had one lounger so I'd recommend they add at least one more or bring your own. We also had brought a small dog who also loved all the sun bathing opportunities! We would have loved access to a vacuum to help with the sand. We liked the additional books, games, and movies available to help us wind down in the evenings. Overall fantastic place and we are looking forward to returning.

Great Place As Advertised

We had a great time renting this house for a long weekend. Right across the street from the beach with easy access. Quiet neighborhood and close access to town. Pictures are accurate of the house conditions. The only thing that I would have wanted was directv as well as a tv in the living room. Outside of that, it was perfect for us.

Great property, great location

This place was awesome! Clean, well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen, plenty of towels, and nice little front patio that gets great sunshine. Super short walk to the beach straight across the street in front of the property. Property manager introduced himself to us on the beach but we never needed to call for anything. Love the neighborhood too, friendly and quiet. Strong internet, lots of dvds to watch and some board/card games were there as well. Great place overall, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Perfect little getaway

Clean and quiet property just 1 block off the beach. You can see and hear the ocean waves from the patio. Responsive owner, but gives you your privacy too. We would have enjoyed a TV in the living area but we just used the 2nd bedroom as a TV watching room. Hooked up our laptop to the TV with our HDMI cord and the internet was very strong for streaming. All in all, a great stay and a good value.

Relaxing get-a-way

The owner was very responsive to every question I had before and during our stay. There are two master bedrooms with an open kitchen/living room. There was one house in front of the beach, but you can see and hear the waves from the patio. The walk to the beach was super easy and much closer then staying in a condo like we have done on other visits. The neighborhood was nice and everyone was friendly! We cooked almost every night and the kitchen was stocked with pans/pots, etc.

We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more at this beach bungalow! The house was spotless, check-in the easiest ever and we were one row off the beach, with beach access right outside our front door. The beach was quiet which was what we were looking for. We will always stay here when we come back! Couldn't have asked for more!

Lovely!

The casita was lovely! A cute & cozy getaway we truly enjoyed. Across from the beach but literally only steps away. Owner responded quickly to questions. Only downfall was the water restrictions. Would definitely stay here again though!

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful 1 week's stay at this casita. Cold air conditioning, comfortable beds, and the kitchen had everything we could need and more. Walking across the street to the beach was very easy. We appreciate the communication prior to traveling and everything being as stated. Las Conches always feels like home to us. This casita is going on our "favorites" list!

Maintenance Poor

Casita not maintained well. Maintenance person couldn't be reached. Sliding door handle broke and couldn't lock. Had to have someone there at all times to watch Casita. Lights burnt out. Just Terrible maintenance.

Amazing proximity to beach access

This was a great stay for two and our pup! Everything was as described, very comfortable space and beach access made it perfect...literally right across the road. The house is located directly across from beach access, and the beach in Los Conchas was beautiful and not too busy, even for Memorial Day weekend. A bit of advise - it was easier to use Google Maps to get to Las Conchas, and then follow the directions to the house given by the owner. Really excellent stay, would definitely do it again!
