Benvenuti a Casa 16 Bere un drink o cenare e ammirare le viste indiscutibili del mare di Cortez e del Porto Antico dal nostro bellissimo ponte margarita. Camminare a destra sulla sabbia dal sovradimensionato patio. Patio è attrezzata con tavolo da pranzo per 8. posti a sedere supplementari per 6 e un carboncino Jenn aria Grill per cucinare all'aperto. Ampio divano così come un ulteriore divano letto che fa in un letto matrimoniale, televisore a schermo piatto, lettore DVD e stereo. Cucina gourmet completamente attrezzata per pranzo famiglia. La tavola da pranzo grande 10 posti a sedere e ci sono 2 sgabelli al colazione Bar. Master camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, più divano letto in pelle per i più piccoli. TV a schermo piatto, lettore DVD e grande cabina armadio. Camera 2 è impostato con letti a castello. King Bed qui sotto e Queen up top, TV, lettore DVD, ampia cabina armadio e sala da bagno. Camera da letto 3 ha un letto matrimoniale, TV, lettore DVD e il proprio bagno.

Beautiful Views, But Disappointing Stay for the Price.

The home is beautiful with great views, well-kept grounds, and clean pools—but overall, the stay was disappointing. The bathroom had a “clean” label, yet there was urine on the side of the toilet. The pull-out sofa in the master bedroom didn’t work, which was frustrating since we booked expecting to use it. The bunk bed creaked loudly with every movement, making it hard to sleep.There was already visible damage throughout the property, even though we were warned we’d be charged for any. I took a video at check-in just in case. Despite a cleaning fee, the place was not clean—trash was under the recliner, the showers drained poorly, and hot water in the master took 5 minutes to arrive, causing flooding. The showerhead wouldn’t stay up and fell on my head.Kitchen cabinets were loose, the fan in the second master didn’t work, and Netflix required us to use our own account.For the price, we expected basic comforts to be met. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

Dynamite location

Couldn't have been better, the only negative was bedroom two and three were for children. So, I had the incredible master facing the ocean and my buddy slept in the lower bunk bed next to the garage. I felt bad, that his room was no where near as nice as mine.

We absolutely loved this rental. However, it’s priced about double of most of them and would probably stay there more often if it wasn’t quite so high in price over the other villas we’ve stayed at next door .. and the couch was broken

Beautiful home, beautiful property, wonderful staff!

This home was absolutely gorgeous! Great location both inside and outside of the resort. We had no problems at all with the booking and the check in/out process. The staff was very friendly and tentative. We were so impressed with the security guards and they did a wonderful job making sure all guests were safe and comfortable around the clock. The grounds of the resort were were very clean, well kept and perfectly groomed! Can’t wait to come back!

Stunning. At first.

So walking into this place is amazing. It is huge! The windows and doors opening to the beach is amazing. For a big group, it's wonderful. Of course the master bed room will have to be fought over. It is like an apartment unto itself. The roof is best used for mornings as it faces sunrise and it is still relatively cool. Despite what my following complaints are, it was beautiful and we had a great time. The garage was quite a luxury. But it could have been better. The thing is, you are in a resort on the beach, so of course it is fabulous. But what makes it a place you want to return to? Attention to detail. It seems like the owners of this condo thinks like owners at restaurants with an incredible view. The food doesn't need to be great. The problem is here, there are 19 villas just like it to choose from. There were no little touches. No welcome basket or note or gift or any kind. No stock of necessities. A gross washer and dryer, and nothing to clean clothes with. Dull knives andt no cutting board. A weird boom box that was unplugged cuz when you plug it in it makes a loud pop and returns an error message. The experience could have been over-the-top amazing, but they did not care to give you that experience. My biggest complaints are the horrendous beds that feel like they cost 50 bucks. Very restless sleeping. At least upgrade those for people, please. The photoshopped exterior of the villa which removes the pool/bar right outside of the door and the adjacent stairs leading down to the beach. The main photo makes it seem like you walk right onto the sand. Why this false advertising? Really? Finally, the owners of the condo next door think that because the space between villas is shared use, they can put their chairs right against our villa, next to where the grill and table are and smoke cigars. No common courtesy or sense. It was awkward having to pass them and to eat outside. So in general, the resort was nice. The staff were friendly. The clientele were not upscale. The beach is beautiful. The villas are stunning, but look around for one with nicer appointments. And know this one is RIGHT next to the pool, which is a plus or a minus, depending what you are looking for, but you deserve a non-doctored picture to make your choice. I hope the owner takes this as the constructive criticism it is meant to be. It would not take much to make this a stay you are willing to pay top dollar for.
