La suite �� arredata con gusto, confortevole e invitante. I pavimenti sono di colore rosso tegola messicano e vi �� bella tegola messicano decorative in tutto. La spaziosa suite di 600 metri quadrati �� come un appartamento con una camera da letto. La cucina è dotata di un forno a microonde, piccolo frigorifero / congelatore e macchina per il caffè (senza fornelli, o frullatore). Vengono inoltre forniti utensili da cucina, piatti, posate, e prodotti per la pulizia. per godere i vostri pasti, vi è un bar per la colazione con posti a sedere. Il camino è sia a gas e legna (portare proprio legno o fuoco logs). La zona giorno ha molti posti a sedere, con un divano e poltrona per il relax. Per il divertimento aggiunto c'������ una TV satellitare videoregistratore e impianto stereo / DVD / con suono surround. Video extra, CD, libri e riviste sono disponibili anche. La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con testiera e fine piastrellati belli e unici. L'ampio bagno ha una doccia walk-in e più bella opera di piastrelle. Adiacente alla suite ��������� un grande patio esterno e solarium. Inoltre, sono disponibili ventilatore a soffitto, centrale termica / AC, propano barbecue e un secondo posto c ', doccia esterna e un facile accesso alla spiaggia. Such a pretty view and the house was easy to access; however, the place was a bit hot the living room area felt nice but the bedroom and bathroom did not get much air flow which made sleeping uncomfortable I say either get better blinds or offer a fan during summer. Other than that it was a a good stay. Would book again.

Perfect spot

The condo was absolutely perfect for what I was looking for. I was traveling alone and only needed a small space. The location and accommodations were just right - a nice clean space with a kitchen and everything I needed.

Nice suite, close to the beach

This is a nice property BUT, when checking in, ask to make sure the management Company - Oceano, has made sure the water tanks have been filled! We had no running water or ability to flush the toilet for the 1st night. Unacceptable! Oceano did resplendent quickly and rectify the situation, but it shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place

First time in Mexico - great location with significant issues

Check-in was Friday around 5pm and was just ok. Finding the actual location was a bit confusing but once we did, the view and access to the beach was worth the extra effort. The view was the only acceptable aspect for this rental. We never got to experience the beach from this location because we were never able to get settled. Once we arrive, unpacked the car, and cooled off the casita with the AC unit, we soon discovered the fire ants all over the floor and kitchen countertops. There was no running water or working electricity in the unit. The AC and ceiling fans were the only working electricity. We drove 4 hours and unable to use the restroom once we checked in. My husband is diabetic and was unable to store his insulin in a working refrigerator. After waiting at least an hour for maintenance to arrive and attempt to work on the issues, we were offered the unit next door as a solution only to discover that casita also had no electricity, running water or working toilet. Almost 2 hours later, we had to pack up, reload the car and move to a new, much smaller location with less of a beach view than what we paid for for the duration of our stay. The second location was just ok. We had issues with WIFI connections, no plunger for a toilet that broke the final day and no maintenance to arrive after confirming with Oceano Rentals they had arrived and fixed the problem. NONE OF THIS was acceptable and made our first visit to Mexico an unpleasant experience. We were offered two choices after settling into the second location: 1. 15% off our next rental. 2. Check out Saturday afternoon and receive a full refund - after having to move to another unit hours after arriving Friday evening. We understand resolving electricity and running water is beyond control of the management company, however, it is not unreasonable to expect a management company to confirm/verify that these essential services are working PRIOR to taking money for a VRBO rental. After multiple phone calls between Friday to Sunday to Oceano Rentals, we were not happy with this experience and felt none of the issues were not resolved to our satisfaction. We will NEVER rent a VRBO associated with Oceano Rentals again!
