“I chose this hotel because it presents itself as a luxury resort, with rates around $400 per night. Unfortunately, the quality of the room and the overall condition of the property did not meet what would reasonably be expected at that price point. The main curtain in my room was covered in visible paint stains and remained that way throughout my stay. “The staff was not trustworthy at the receptions and guest relations area. I was told to upgrade to have a king size bed , even thought I paid for a junior suite . None was available on the main floor as my partner is in a wheel chair . I did the the upgrade , still didn’t get the king size bed as the elevator wasn’t working to get to the floor. Then was told it was for the bathroom space, that still didn’t acc”
