“I've been to this hotel many times and previously loved it, due to the location, but especially because of the service. This time, the entire feeling was different. The service was very poor. Staff were actually rude at times. Just one example- We waited in the Sports Bar for over an hour after ordering our food with the waiter telling us, the food would be coming out soon. After an hour, he finally admitted that the chef had just arrived, because they didn't actually open until 1:30pm? ”

“Suite was really spacious, perfect for families. It has an equipped kitchen, in case you want to cook or make food. Separate key access to the bedroom and living room, which might be a useful feature if you're sharing the suite with family. It also has a separate bathroom (yes, two bathrooms!) for the bedroom and living room. The resort is peacefully quiet, not sure if it's because we went in the spring and might not be a peak season for the resort. Love the private access to the beach and how...

“Rooms are very dated and old. Beds are old and uncomfortable. Beach staff were great, and amenities were great. Amazing location, but noise in hallways was significant due to older doors. I got a good deal on this place which matched quality, but if I had paid full price it would have been a disappointment. Will definitely consider again!”
