Case galleggianti a Puerto Vallarta

“Un buen hotel. Recomendado...”

“We loved how central to everything this hotel is located at! Really appreciated the parking space always available as we came in and out the hotel throughout the 5 days we'd stayed. The front desk people and all the staff were very helpful, kind and professional at all times. Loved the suite room! Very spacious, very clean, very comfortable, the ocean view was fantastic!! And the easy access to the beach at walking distance was just perfectly handy to walk to and enjoy the beach! Residents and...

“Todo bien, solo que al llegar me comentó la recepcionista que mi reserva había sido cancelada, algún tema con la tarjeta de garantía pero no se me notificó antes de llegar este hecho, pero la recepcionista hizo lo posible por darme una habitación, una vez asignada la habitación todo excelente”

“I love staying at Hotel Mio. Great staff right in the middle of PV”

“This hotel was great. 5 minute walk from the airport and 10 minute drive to bus station. Restaurant in hotel which was really good, and more restaurants right next door. Room was modern, really clean, and I had a very corner room which was very quiet. Room included a buffet breakfast which had a great selection.”

“Víctor fue muy amable al recibirnos y en toda nuestra estancia.”

“In general a successful stay. We found the front desk staff somewhat condescending during most interactions during our stay. The rest of the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. There are radical differences between suites throughout the various buildings. Ours was very tired, showing its 30+ years with very few updates. No fridge, cracked bathroom counters and inconsistent water controls. On the plus side the AC worked very well. Restaurant and cafe service and food were always...

“La atención del personal buena, pero se quedan cortos. Le falta mantenimiento a la alberca y remodelación a las habitaciones. Así como más lugares para comer y de bebidas, y de toallas.”

“superb customer service, attentive, patient and professional”

“Beautiful room, very friendly staff, the roof top pool was beautiful. Only thing missing was a restaurant or bar, we were told it open in December…. Other than that I would highly recommend this hotel very central”

“Limpio y muy atento el pesonal”

“Did not receive the room that was pictured when I purchased. The room shows a queen bed and we got 2 twin beds. Bathroom also small and outdated. Last year we stayed there and the room was so much nicer but this difference was huge. Won’t stay there again.”

“Great breakfast and immaculate facilities Bit of a walk to beach. Highly recommended”
