Welcome to Casa de las Flores, a charming Mexican-style condo with ocean views located steps from Blue Chairs, Mantamar/Almar & Playa los Muertos.

The 2-bedroom/2-bathroom condo is walking distance to everything Zona Romantica (Old Town) has to offer. The condo itself is well equipped and comes with all the basic amenities one would expect, and then some. It has a lovely balcony that runs the entire length of the condo, providing stunning beach views from every room. It is truly a little slice of heaven.

The condo has vaulted ceilings that provide a larger sense of space. Each room is installed with an air-conditioning system. The kitchen has a new refrigerator with icemaker and filtered water. A washer & dryer is conveniently located in a nook adjacent to the kitchen. A narrow walkway takes you to the bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms.

Please note that the condo is roughly 4 short flights up (or 53 steps) from the street level, and there is no elevator in the building.

Outstanding

Those last 19 stairs can get your heart-rate up, but the view, ocean breeze, and gorgeous space is more than worth it. Lush. Well appointed. Perfect. I want to live here ❤️

Excellent Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It's a very convenient location and we were so happy to hear the waves every evening. A wonderful way to drift off to sleep! I agree with others that you need to be able to climb stairs. Would definitely stay here again! Special thanks to Matin, Sylvia, and Jesus.

The accommodations were wonderful. View was terrific. Great view of so many different birds. Walk to downtown was easy and the walk back worked off some calories!

Charming stay in Puerto Vallarta

This property is perfect in many ways--the location is close enough to walk to the main restaurants and shopping in the Romantic Zone, but far enough away that it's quiet. All the rooms are of ample size (when bigger rooms got built) with large windows highlighting the beautiful bay view. The daily maid service (included) was a plus.

Hidden Charm

Just up the road from the busy area but conveniently close enough without the noise and traffic. Bring your walking shoes to burn off the tacos and margaritas as this is up a hill then up multiple floor levels via stairs. Place is kept wonderfully; clean and well equipped. Wake up each morning to the fresh breeze and sounds of the waves.

Loved the property - conveniently located to Playa Muertos in the Zona Romantica. Nicely appointed with washer/dryer and all appliances including filtered water and ice maker. AC worked exceptionally well.

Mexican Hacienda in Romantic Zone

We had a wonderful time staying here! Clean, great hospitality, daily housekeeping (if desired) and good views of the ocean and sunsets. Unit had a well stocked kitchen for cooking meals, lot of extra linens, and it was great having a clothes washer/dryer so we didn't have to over pack!! Matin was great communicating with us and helping us with finding our way around to places we had not visited prior. Stairs to the condo unit was a bit of a "hike", but nothing too strenuous. A nice place to stay for 2 couples or a family of 4!

Stunning Property!

This stunning property was the perfect place to enjoy Zona Romantica and all that PV has to offer. It truly felt like home! The property was immaculately clean, the view was unbeatable, and the functionality of the space was fantastic. I kept all of the doors along the balcony open the entire stay and let the pounding of the surf put me to sleep every night. I loved the layout of the kitchen and all of the amenities for cooking. I was able to have a few friends over for a dinner party one evening and a few more friends over for a cocktail party another night. The climb up the hill to the condo from the beach is not for the faint of heart but that is true most anywhere in this area of PV. There was some neighborhood noise, especially from the beach hotels, but their music usually ended around 11pm. This is a vibrant section of Puerto Vallarta so street noise and music is to be expected yet we were far enough away that it didn't really bother me. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing view

We loved this property and would definitely stay again when we return to Puerto Vallarta. It has a fantastic view of the city and ocean and also is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The host also responds to your questions immediately.

Best Condo Experience In The Heart of Zona Romantica

W had the most amazing stay! This beautiful condo was just a short, scenic walk away from the vibrant center of Zona Romantica. Some of the best cultural experiences, shopping, dining, beaches were so close that we didn't need to rent a car and booked affordable Uber rides if we needed to. We were amazed by the charm and beauty of this condo, painted vibrant orange, and nestled along a hillside. We enjoyed looking it it anytime we were walking back from touring around. The balcony extends to the whole exterior of the house and you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while looking out at the shore, beaches and coastline. We loved that you can hear the ocean on the shore at night, which was a great way to fall asleep. The property staff were responsive, friendly and helpful our entire stay and their attention to detail was something we really appreciated since we have never visited PV before. We loved that that there was a supermarket with most everything we needed close by, which is perfect if you like to cook, since the condo had a beautiful Spanish casita-style kitchen with all the modern amenities. The iron, laundry on site, extra towels and bedding - they have most anything you might need, especially if you're in town for a big celebration, like a wedding. The owners of the condo were also so informative on the front so we felt more comfortable approaching a city in a country we've never been to before. This was the best VRBO experience we've ever had and I never thought I'd say this, but this is the first time I'd want to go visit a place again more for where we stayed than the city itself. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

this is a great property close to all the restaurants, entertainment and beaches but set up high enough on the hill where you feel like you can get away from it. Daily housekeeping and great communication by Matin. Highly recommend
