This unit is on a high floor, that offers spectacular overlooks of the old town, mountain range, river and the sea, and it is located in the heart of the Romantic Zone in Puerto Vallarta. This 3 bedroom/3 bath Condo features 2 wonderful master suites each with King Size beds and beautiful bathrooms, and 1 spacious bedroom with a Queen Size bed and access to it’s full bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with AC, ceiling fans, fresh and comfortable bedding of the highest quality and spacious closets. The main master bedroom features a stunning Jacuzzi and a private terrace. This fabulous Condo features a modern gourmet kitchen, with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The condo offers everything for your entertaining and dining pleasure. The dining room and living area are surrounded by floor to ceiling sliding glass walls, where you can enjoy the fresh air of the mountains and the ocean. There are marble floors throughout, which highlight the exquisite colors and comfort in all the furniture. This unit also features a wonderful spacious airy terrace where you can appreciate and admire the different views of the river and the ocean, also the city lights with its magnificent Cathedral. The views are incredible by day and even more so by night! The terrace includes beautiful outdoor furniture, and is the perfect place for a cup of coffee in the morning, relaxing in the sun during the day and cocktails and dinner at night. This magnificent Condo offers an in-unit full laundry room, electric gates with 24hr. security, a private covered parking space. There is also a wonderful heated swimming pool all winter long and is surrounded by lush tropical gardens, and direct access to Los Muertos Beach and The Malecon. The best restaurants, galleries, shops and clubs that Puerto Vallarta has to offer are just steps away. This is the place to stay and enjoy your vacation with all the charm that the old Vallarta area can offer to make your holiday an unforgettable one. Other properties in this complex may not offer comparable views due premier location.

This property truly was beyond our expectations. The condo was beautiful, with lovely views. The amenities met all needs. The pool was a daily delight…best pool of all our travels. And the cleanliness was superb. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful stay!

We throughly enjoyed our time at Molina de Agua! Oceanview was phenomenal, sunsets, Malecon, fireworks every night. So much to do and see. Would stay here again.

Friends getaway

705 is a great unit at Molina De Agua that hits all the marks . It's beautifully decorated, was very clean, and the view was incredible. The property and grounds is perfect to have a slight feel of being "resorty" but in reality is as private as it comes. We've stayed at Molina 3 different times but this has been the best unit over the years. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Outstanding Property

In every possible way, I was totally impressed with the Condo. The furnishings are tasteful and new. The Condo is in flawless condition. The View are not to be beaten. I don’t believe a better combination of location and amenities can be found. I will absolutely return.

Just Perfect: Again

This is our second time staying in this condo. Better than ever. If you are looking for high season and reading this : sadly it’s probably not available. But consider the shoulder season. One: Molino de Agua is as I said : perfect. Close enough yet not in the craziness. So well maintained. Truly the grounds are a five star resort. Two: the units are big. This one is thoughtfully furnished with lovely balcony furniture, even better than the pics living room furniture and the biggest TV I’ve ever seen! Plus, there is property manager Juan Carlos. His team will help you with anything you need. From cars to tours or any issues: fixed faster than you can put down your phone ( a little shout out to Rosie’s Cooking classes. A special experience and she will pick your group up right at Molino.). Thank you for making it another magical PV experience.

Wonderful week at Molino de Agua

This is a beautiful 7th floor unit that is very attractive and well maintained. We enjoyed magnificent views of the city, the water, and incredible sunsets. The open air living area/patio design is fantastic, with breezes coming through all day. The owner, Eric, was extremely prompt in responding to questions we had leading up to our trip. The staff there, especially Juan Carlos and Javier, were very helpful all week. Given the current pandemic concerns the covid testing process for our return trip couldn’t have been better or easier for us - the team came directly to our unit, and we all had our (fortunately negative) results in a few minutes. We feel very fortunate to have discovered this wonderful condo, and hope to return in the future. Thanks Eric!

Wonderful location

My spouse and I stayed in this beautiful place. The pool was warm the French bakery was across the street beautiful restaurants within walking distance and view of the ocean breathtaking. Want to come back again soon.

Best vacation of our lives ❤

Words cannot express how lovely this villa is and the location is amazing We were greeted at the villa by the property manager, Juan Carlos and he gave us a tour of the property. We enjoyed the outside patio next to the pool every morning for breakfast and every evening for the gorgeous sunsets. Rosey made us a yummy breakfast every morning. She is so lovely. We bought some bacon and she happily cooked it for us in addition to eggs and potatoes . She made our stay so special The villa is decorated so beautifully, every detail is perfection. It is elegant and yet warm and comfy The pool was such a welcome sight after coming in from town on a hot afternoon. We used it every day. The view from the pool of the ocean is spectacular We loved having our own private place especially during these weird COVID times. We barbecued some steaks a couple nights and the kitchen is fully stocked for all your needs. The master bedroom and bathroom is absolutely stunning with a patio with more gorgeous views We stayed with my son and daughter in love. We had the entire top floor to ourselves and they had the entire bottom floor to themselves. Plenty of privacy, lots of room. The villa is high in the hill, we walked down the hill to the malecon but took transport back up the hill. My son and daughter in love who are in their 30's walked back up the hill once. Both are very fit and said it was very tough. They didn't do the uphill climb again haha Elvis, the owner is such a wonderful person, so kind. He communicated with us before the stay and after, he made sure we were well taken care of the whole trip We cannot wait to come back and stay here, it was perfection! Highly recommend! Vacation of a lifetime!

LOVE MOLINO DE AGUA

We’ve stayed in Molino de Agua numerous times over the past 8 years. This was our first time in this condo and it was beautifully furnished and very well-equipped. Beautiful artwork too. We’ve had Karel Property Mgt as the onsite property managers too and they do a great job. They are always ready to answer questions, make reservations for dinners, and offer any assistance needed. Great stay in another wonderful condo! Thank you Elvis and Pablo!

Very nice

The breeze was so nice on the seventh floor we never even turned on the air conditioning and I normally couldn’t imagine not having air conditioning in 80 degree weather —-loved sitting on the patio it’s positioned in such a way that you do not have to ever be in the hot sun on one half of the patio or you could move to the other half and enjoy the sun—-we would watch the whales jump out of the water —-watch all the boats and people walk by and yet it was quiet —-restaurants all nearby ——very comfortable rooms —-just a lovely stay

Give this condo a go!

Take my word for it, this place was fabulous in every regard. Views of the bay from the veranda and views of old town PV, "La Zona Romantica," from the bedroom patios. Communication with hosts and property manager was excellent. The property manager went out of his way to arrange for a private masseur to visit our condo for massages a few times. The building is right on the boardwalk and minutes away from restaurants, a french bakery and street markets. Highly recommend a stay here.

Luxury by the Ocean

My friends and I stayed for 10 days in this really beautiful unit. We already discussed and agreed we would stay there again on another trip. We have stayed in this complex for multiple years, but this is the first time for this unit. Tastefully furnished, everything needed is there. One outstanding feature is the generous availability of internet TV choices for entertainment (Netflix, Prime Video, channels, etc.). The owners engage an outside concierge service that is excellent. That team is very user friendly, and highly responsive-- even on little minor things that pop up day to day. The only complaint we shared with our concierge contact at checkout is we were disappointed with the maid service performance. Her work quality did not measure up to everything else provided inside the unit as well as the services from the concierge. We were advised to make that comment in the review so the concierge service can adjust. But in NO way did that take away from the rest of our experience staying in the unit. I communicated with the owners at the beginning, and they, too, could not be any nicer or more accommodating. I highly recommend staying here. We will stay there again!

We've stayed in many places in PV and even stayed in this building before. This unit was superb! Not only is the location the best as you can walk everywhere the quality of the Condo was the best we have had. Meaning everything actually worked!! Juan Carlos the manager was a delight to work with. The views were in your face! Stunning! All we talked about was coming back! Now that's a vacation! JY

You will not be disappointed when you enter this incredible unit. Everything you need and more for a perfect stay. The best of PV just out your door plus whatever you need on days to prefer to stay home. High points for the brand new bbq not shown in the online pictures. For any of you who have stayed in other units in this building, the smallest of the 3 bedrooms, with a window added to give an ocean view, makes the room extra special. You will be fortunate if you see this listing available on your dates.

Beautiful place with outstanding views!

This condo is just as beautiful as the the pictures. We enjoyed the amazing location, walking distance to the restaurants, bars and attractions of Puerto Vallarta. Being able to hear the waves and watch the whales and dolphins from the balcony was a real treat. The property is well maintained and very clean with everything you need provided including towels, pool towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner etc. Even the internet was quick! The property manager is responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns. You may wish to bring a locking suitcase as the safe is tiny and valuables such as cash, wallets and jewellery do need to be locked away when stepping out. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and hope to return next year.

The condo is amazing! Just as you see it on VRBO. The location is super convenient to all restaurants and bars and shopping. Roberto picked us up from the airport and made a stop at COSTCO. Juan Carlos was very helpful with setting up day excursions. We will definitely be back! The Weddle Family
