We have the best sky bar, infinity pools (blue and green), and a jacuzzi with panoramic views, delicious cocktails, and luxurious tanning beds.
The Space: Avalon 907 is a sanctuary of elegance and comfort, designed to offer a premium living experience. The condo combines modern design with functionality, ensuring a stay that is both luxurious and relaxing.
As you enter, you're welcomed into a spacious living area that seamlessly integrates style and comfort. The living space is elegantly furnished, perfect for unwinding or entertaining guests, and is complemented by a fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen, with its modern appliances and sleek design, is ideal for preparing gourmet meals or casual dining. Fully equipped: Stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, utensils, dishes, and glassware in 10 pieces, enough if you receive visitors! We also provide coffee, sugar, kitchen oil, paper towels, salt and pepper.
The master bedroom is a retreat of sophistication, featuring a plush king-size bed, direct access to the private pool, and a private bathroom with a bathtub. This room provides an oasis of tranquility and luxury, ensuring a restful and indulgent stay.
The second bedroom, adaptable and cozy, features two twin beds. It is linked to the living area and can be transformed into a private space with the use of sliding doors, offering versatility for guests.
The third bedroom, equally comfortable, is furnished with two full beds. This room, along with the second bedroom, shares access to a bathroom, providing convenience and privacy for guests.
The jewel of Avalon 907 is its expansive terrace. This outdoor haven offers breathtaking views of the city and sea, creating a mesmerizing backdrop for relaxation or dining. The private pool on the terrace invites you to take a refreshing dip while soaking in the panoramic views.
The Skybar of Avalon is unlike any other in Puerto Vallarta. It contains breathtaking panoramic views of the entire bay and city. We have 2 beautiful infinity pools, the blue Miami-style pool is heated with a jacuzzi and luxurious tanning beds. The Green Ecological pool was built with the jungle in mind. This beautiful pool fits right in with the surrounding jungle so you feel like you are floating with the trees. The pool also has luxurious tanning beds.
The building has 24-hour security staff in the lobby.
Guest Access: Located on the 9th floor of the Avalon building, Avalon 907 provides easy access to the building's amenities (sky bar, infinity pools (blue and green), and a jacuzzi with panoramic views), enhancing the comfort and convenience of your stay.
Any type of noise beyond what is considered reasonable is not permitted in the apartments or the common areas. All residents, guests, or renters have the right to enjoy a tranquil environment. Glass is not permitted in the pool area. Please use cans or plastic cups and containers for beverages. Only music players with personal headphones are allowed in the pool area, boom boxes or amplified music is not allowed. Do not hang clothes, towels, or bathing suits on the glass rails of your balcony or balcony furniture. Please wipe down the equipment with the spray and paper towels provided in the gym.
The building also offers a gym, pool, and sky bar.
For your comfort also, we work in the area from 9 am to 6 pm Monday - Friday and 9 am to 1 pm Saturdays. Anything you need we will be ready to quickly assist you!
The Neighborhood: This 9th-floor apartment, located in an incredible Building (Avalon Condos) in Puerto Vallarta, is just 10 mins away from beaches, restaurants, bars, theater, discos, spas, salons, ATMs, grocery stores, pharmacies, hospitals! And important to mention, that the building is pretty safe and quiet.
If you like to party but also sleep well, this is a place for you! If you are planning your family vacations, this place is spacious and adorable! If you come with your loved one, we can help you to prepare a romantic dinner. And of course, if you come by yourself, the quiet and views will be comforting.
Getting Around: Uber and taxis are available in the area anytime.
If you require Airport transportation we have a suburban available for $120 USD. Just let us know if you want the service.
If you have a car, we include private parking with your stay and 24/7 Security.
Other Things to Note: CHECK-IN: From 3:00 PM. Your concierge will welcome you in the lobby. CHECK-OUT: At 11:00 AM. Please wait for your concierge to return the keys and check the apartment. CLEANING: Scheduled cleaning is included in your stay (exceptions may apply). PETS: Small and medium-sized pets are welcome. $120 USD pet fee per stay. VISITORS: Max 2 visitors allowed (not overnight). Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a fee. ENERGY USAGE: Your stay includes 25 kWh/day. Help us save energy by turning off lights and A/C when not in use. The unit has NEST AC controllers – we’ll gladly show you how they work. Recommended settings: 22–24°C (72–75°F), turn off when leaving the apartment. If you set the AC below 72°F, the system will automatically shut off for safety reasons.
