For reservations in Naya Homes website, this property follows the cancellation policy equivalent to: Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights. If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights..
1. The property and the specific unit in the reservation shall not be used by more than the number of people or pets listed in the reservation. All guests will have to register with Naya Homes before their arrival, and additional guests may incur additional costs or the cancelation of the reservation, without a refund, according to Naya Homes cancellation policies. 7. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises or in the building's common areas. A fine will be charged to the reservation if this is not respected.

8. You are liable for any property damage and agree to accept charges to your card on file should damage occur during your occupancy.

9. Check-in is at 3 pm or later, and Check-out is at 11 am or earlier unless noted in your reservation. If these times are not respected, there will be a fine charged to the reservation.

10. Rental rates include a reasonable usage of electricity for each night of the reservation length. Excessive use of electricity may result in additional charges to guests, which will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
