We are delighted to introduce one of our newest properties, nestled in a charming local neighborhood along the scenic River Cuale. For those who love to stay active, our state-of-the-art gym offers top-of-the-line equipment to keep you energized and healthy during your stay.

**Important Notice**
The main rooftop pool will be open until June 4th. Starting June 5th, it will be closed until early July.
During this time, the garden pool and snack bar will remain open for your enjoyment.
What to expect on the rooftop:
Jack-hammering noise, dust, work crew access, and general disruption.

House Rules - Additional Rules
Vacation Rental Guests at Oasis are not permitted to have pets stay
Smoking/Vaping is not permitted on property or terraces, Guests must go to the street.

• Guests and visitors must be registered at least 24 hours in advance before being allowed access.
• No running, shouting, or playing in the building hallways.
• Follow all instructions for trash disposal. Garbage must not be left in common areas.
• Smoking is not permitted in any common area, including the pool and terraces.
**Pool Rules**
• Pool hours: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Wear proper swimwear. Regular clothes are not allowed in the pool.
• No eating, drinking, glass items, inflatables, or rough play in the pool area.
• Lounge chairs cannot be reserved. Items left unattended will be removed after 1 hour.
• Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
• Pool parties are limited to 15 people and must be approved 24 hours in advance.
**Gym Rules**
• Gym hours: 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
• Minimum age: 14 years.
• No food, alcohol, drugs, or loud music. Use headphones only.
• Users are responsible for any damage caused to gym equipment or facilities.
**Violations & Fines**
• Severe violations may lead to immediate fines, reduced services, or banning of guests.
• Damages or physical harm caused by guests may result in fines from $1,000 MXN to $24,000 MXN, depending on the severity. These costs are the guest’s full responsibility.
