PVRPV Puerto Vallarta proudly presents Condo de Piedra Unit 4, one of the newest additions to our collection of vacation properties. This condo is located ideally close to Los Muertos Beach at the end of a cul-de-sac offering privacy in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta.

The Condo de Piedra complex is an established property that is hidden from the hussle of the town, but only steps away from it all. It is generously and classically appointed and sure to be a hit amongst vacation travellers to Puerto Vallarta. From the roof-terrace, you can enjoy a swim in the pool while immersed in ocean views and local views. In 2022 the pool leve was updated with a new shower. The corner terrace, accessed off the open concept kitchen, dining and living room is perfect or evening cocktails or for a relaxing afternoon reading a book while sunning an enjoying cooling breezes. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is located on the North/West corner, affording relaxing views.

Please Note: There are 48 steps from the street to the unit. There are an additional 69 steps from the unit to the pool. There is no elevator in this building.

Kitchen & Dining
The open kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser, 4 burner gas cooktop with oven, microwave, as well as a toaster, blender, and coffee maker.

The open dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and living room with a large open area to entertain family and friends. Should you prefer a night in, you can take in a movie on the 50" Smart TV.

Bedroom
The principal bedroom is very large with a king sized bed, ceiling fan, individually controlled air-conditioning, a large closet and plenty of dresser space. The bedroom also has access to a tranquil back patio.

In addition, the apartment is outfitted with a new stackable washer and dryer, and wireless internet.

CHECK IN and CHECK OUTS
CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.
Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $40.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment) which must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge. 
Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone  (same as Mexico City, GMT-6)
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.

Cleaning Services

Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $50.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.
