I condomini del PARCO sono situati idealmente nella zona "Zona Romantica" della Città Vecchia di Puerto Vallarta. Il nostro condominio al 5 ° piano si trova in una delle location più nuove e ricercate di Vallarta, l'edificio è stato completato nell'autunno del 2014. L'edificio ha una terrazza sul tetto con una piscina a sfioro con acqua salata di 25 metri, barbecue, abbondanza di area relax e salotto, area sole o ombra per soddisfare tutti. Viste a 360 gradi.

L'edificio dei condomini THE PARK è a solo un isolato dalle migliori spiagge e dal lungomare di El Malecon. La nostra posizione offre tutte le comodità della vita cittadina, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Los Muertos. Niente colline. Vita notturna eccezionale, ristoranti eccellenti, bar sulla spiaggia, shopping e molto altro.

Situato al 5 ° piano, questo moderno condominio è di 940 piedi quadrati, ha migliorato le finiture e l'arredamento del designer e attende il tuo arrivo. La camera da letto principale dispone di un rilassante letto king size con materasso Tempur-pedic. La camera da letto ha anche un bagno privato dotato di doccia extra large a piedi.

La seconda camera offre un comodo letto matrimoniale e un piccolo armadio. Ha anche un condizionatore d'aria individuale per il comfort dei nostri ospiti.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici di fascia alta: piano cottura a gas, lavastoviglie, forno, microonde, frigorifero, ripiani in granito. Ti piace cucinare? tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per preparare un buon pasto ti aspetta. L'intero edificio ha filtrato l'acqua del rubinetto o del frigorifero / fabbricatore di ghiaccio. Questo rende anche un'acqua rilassante durante la doccia.

Il soggiorno ha un grande divano comodo e una sedia singola. Ha anche una grande TV a schermo piatto LCD, un lettore DVD Blue Ray e una radio.

Questa unità dispone di 3 unità di climatizzazione mini split silenziose ed efficienti che funzionano separatamente per il comfort di tutti. Altre caratteristiche includono Wifi in tutta l'unità e una linea telefonica per chiamate gratuite verso Stati Uniti, Canada e Messico. Le porte scorrevoli sul balcone si aprono completamente per coloro che vogliono sentire il vento mite di Puerto Vallarta.
Dimentica il freddo inverno, versati un bicchiere di vino e divertiti. La vita è breve!

Family trip

Very nice property in a great, walkable location. Well maintained and clean. Nice supply of kitchen dishes, cups, and utensils. It can be noisy at night if that bothers you. Our daughter loved swimming in the heated pool. Info sent ahead of arrival regarding check in and out instructions mentioned that a building manager would meet us, but we never heard from him. We didn't see a welcome binder as mentioned either. We were welcomed and given keys by the front desk security staff, though, and it was nice having them there for peace of mind. Would definitely recommend this property and stay here again if we come back to PV.

Amazing property!!!

We would first like to thank Diane the owner for opening this amazing property for all of us to Enjoy! This condo is beautiful. It is in the prime Romantica location in PV. The condo is fully equipped and you need nothing. We have stayed in many condos and this was now our top pick. The condo is perfect. It’s not just set up for day use but to actually live in, so makes it feel like home. If there is any bad reviews do not pay attention to them as I will be the first to admit, I’m kinda booshy when it comes to the condo I stay in and this one is a 10plus!!! And the pictures are exactly as the units shows, but much better in person!!!!

Great location.

Property was very clean and the front door people were great. Lots of construction going on all around the property, with lots of noise. We shut the doors and windows and put up with it but it could bother other people. Great location with lots of good places to eat.

Property was cheaply furnished; pool towels thin and stained; shower water hot for 5-7 minutes; dishwasher broken; torn cushion on balcony chair; No instructions on tv usage, Refrigerator stopped dispensing cold water because the filter needs changed; bathroom sink not firmly attached; toilet seat ready to fall off. The rooftop pool tile was like ice. O our next to last day, I witnessed two falls and then I fell and sprained my left knee; the ice machine was broken; no bar tender and no food. The only bright spot was the office staff (Karen, Matias and Joaquin).

Terrific location in a well-appointed condo

The condo was well-stocked with supplies - plenty of bath towels, paper towels, Kleenex and extra toilet paper. Plus shampoo and soaps. Lots of cups, dishware and cookware in the kitchen. Washer and dryer in unit, with laundry detergent. Unit was very clean and furniture felt new. Air conditioning worked well. Rooftop pool is saltwater, so no chlorine smell! And very peaceful. Building is very safe, with keycard access and 24 hour security. Unit has an in-room safe as well. The only negative was that the building across the street has just started some major reconstruction, so we heard lots of banging noises during the day, and sometimes music and yelling from the construction workers. Overall, though, this condo is terrific, and the bedrooms are VERY quiet.

Perfect location and fantastic accommodation

Right in the heart of romantic zone, with access to everything it has to offer, yet also removed enough to enjoy quiet days by the pool. Seamless check in process and great place to call home for a short while. Would stay again for certain.

Location & Rooftop

Although we appreciated the contactless check in due to Covid it would have been nice to have an orientation manual. Things like which of the 4 remotes, worked which item, how to book a cleaning service, local neighborhood info. Other than that the location was great, the rooftop and amenities top notch. All of the kitchen items perfect for staying home. Very well stocked. We’d come back in a heart beat.

Location!

2 blocks from the beach and close to romantic zone restaurants and attractions. I walked the beach and malecon every day for shopping, eating etc. Also handy market in same building carries some American food and snacks. Building staff were helpful and polite. Kitchen was well supplied and apartment had a lot of nice upgrades with beautiful bathroom and recessed lighting. Only slight drawback was master has no windows and overhead lighting gave feeling of fluorescent lights. I’d say put in some better lightbulbs and I probably wouldn’t care about the window. Also tips about where to buy real groceries and other info would be appreciated! I would definitely stay again.

2nd stay in this lovely apt in Zona Romántica

We returned for another week in this cute apt in the heart of Zona Romántica. Again, highly recommended. Perfect for a couple. Extra bedroom for child or another couple.

nice condo, great location,

Well laid out esp for a couple and one or two children. Pool is fabulous and the condo is bright, cheery and pretty. Lots of dishes. Lacks a small library and instructions on how to use the TV ( we could only get 1 English channel and that may have been because we really did not know how to use it)

Rooftop paradise

The unit was incredible; great location, great decor, great rooftop pool. The unit has everything you could possibly need for your stay. We did run into an issue with inconsistent messaging from the staff at the front desk with regard to having guests over, where one staff member told us that no guests were allowed after 10pm. This seemed to be an arbitrary rule put in place by one person, but it did impact our ability to have friends over one night. Other than that it was a great stay.

Great Condo - Love it

Diane’s condo reflects her attention to detail. She truly has made her condo with the comforts of home in mind. The kitchen is well equipped;beds and furniture were comfortable and there are many options for storage. The rooftop is gorgeous , and the building is secure and conveniently located.

Great Condo in a Great Building with a Great location

I love this building and location. It is perfect to walk to everything in Old Town. The building staff is always friendly and here to help. The unit is great for a stay. Well equipped, and the owner made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful condo and building

We stayed in Diane's condo. It's perfectly furnished, nice decor, well equipped. The Roof top terrace is simply the best in Vallarta, the pool, seating area is so comfortable. Couldn't ask for more. Josefina Caraghiaur

Great location and roof top pool

In general, the property was very nice. It's well appointed, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect although if you like to sit on the deck the bus noise is a bit overwhelming. Sergio was great (the property manager) and everything was for the most part as expected. The building staff were very friendly and helpful. We have been going down to this part of PV for 34 years so we have a unique perspective on what to expect and what we like. overall, the property was a great value and Diane (the owner) was very responsive and helpful. If you're looking for a two bedroom (with one bath), with a great location you can't go wrong here. If you're going with another couple the one bathroom might present a challenge.

Beautifully Decorated and Equipped Condo in the Heart of it All!

I have stayed in several properties in PV and Diane's Condo at The Park is at the top of my favorites. The amenities in the building can't be beat and staying in Diane's condo puts the icing on the cake.
