One of the top highlights of the villa is the ENCLOSED BACKYARD with a HEATED POOL, shaded and cushioned lounge chairs, and a wonderful view of the lush green golf course.

A big colorful and cheerful LIVING ROOM with comfortable sofa seating.

An indoor KOI POND that adds a relaxing Zen vibe to the home.

A SECOND LIVING ROOM with a cozy sofa, a flat-screen TV, and reading material that you may borrow.

A spacious, fully-equipped KITCHEN that has all the necessary appliances, cookware, and dishware to prepare meals at home, plus lots of counter space for easy meal prep and a dishwasher for a quick clean-up. There’s an island with barstool seats and a wall-mounted TV!

For sit-down meals, there’s a DINING TABLE plus an OUTDOOR DINING TABLE on the patio.

Getting Around:
The property is APPROXIMATELY 1.4 km | 0.9 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). There’s free designated parking if you are arriving by car.

Other Things to Note:
As part of the condominium's sustainability measures 70 kw are included daily on your stay. Please now that there is a charge of $12 MXN per KW extra.
Late check-in after 9 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN.
Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation.
Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, there is a mandatory weekly cleaning.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Please make sure you read all the properties rules. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Interaction with Guests:
You will be received by the host, who will hand you the keys personally.
You’ll have complete privacy in the apartment during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week.
