The first suite boasts a masterful arrangement, including a majestic king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony. Meanwhile, our junior suite offers two lavish queen-size beds, also accompanied by an en-suite bathroom and balcony, providing ample space and comfort for your stay.

On the ground level, you'll find a convenient parking area, welcoming entryway, spacious living and dining areas, a fully-equipped kitchen, a convenient half bath, laundry facilities, and the inviting junior suite. Ascend to the second level, where the grandeur of our master suite awaits, complete with its own king-size bed, luxurious en-suite bath, and a private balcony overlooking the stunning surroundings.

Venture to our rooftop terrace, a haven elevated above the rest, where a private hot tub beckons amidst outdoor dining space and panoramic vistas of Banderas Bay and the verdant mountains beyond.

While renting a car is an option, be cautious of potential extra insurance requirements disclosed upon arrival, not included in the initially quoted price. Opt for air-conditioned and reliable buses, with a stop just 350 meters from our property, or explore the area effortlessly with Uber and taxis, favored choices among our guests.

Situated only a 4-mile drive to the romantic zone and approximately 6 miles to downtown, including the vibrant Malecón/boardwalk area, our location offers accessibility without compromising tranquility. The picturesque Garza Blanca Beach is a mere 500 meters away, and within walking distance, discover Playa Palmares with its oceanfront restaurant and bar, as well as the enchanting Palo Maria Waterfall. House Rules:

1. **Respect Our Neighbors**: Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 8 am. Please keep noise levels low during these times to ensure the comfort of our neighbors.

2. **No Pets Allowed**: Pets are not permitted on the property. An additional $250 USD cleaning fee will be applied if pets are observed during your stay.

3. **Minors Policy**: Minors are not allowed on the property unless accompanied by a Parent or Legal Guardian. They should not be left unsupervised on the premises at any time.

4. **No Smoking Indoors**: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property or near open doors or windows. A $250 USD fee will be charged if the property has been smoked in or smells like smoke. Smoking is allowed outside, but please ensure it is away from open windows or doors. A $5 USD charge will be incurred for each cigarette butt found on the floor or in the pool.

5. **Trash Disposal**: Please dispose of all trash in the designated trash cans. No glass is allowed in or near the pool area.

6. **Visitor Policy**: Visitors or guests not included in the reservation will incur an additional fee of $15 USD per person per day. Babies under 24 months are exempt from this fee. Children over 24 months are charged the same as adults.

7. **Pool Rules**: Please refrain from running, jumping, or diving in or near the pool area. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times when in or near the pool. Glass items are not allowed in or near the pool area.

8. **Drugs and Illegal Activity**: All drugs and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, as is public intoxication and disturbances. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund and loss of deposits.
