Grocery shopping and the trendy Isla shopping center is close by, in addition to being close to the departure of most tours in the Marina district.

Getting Around:
Just a 10-minute drive to the airport and a short walk to the beach, this area is the perfect choice; and for longer trips you can easily take a ride through Uber or other ride hailing apps.

Other Things to Note:
The building is currently under construction, so noise may be present during the day. Please note that there is a $50 USD fee for the replacement of a lost access card.

For reservations in Naya Homes website, this property follows the cancellation policy equivalent to: Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights. If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights..
1. The property and the specific unit in the reservation shall not be used by more than the number of people or pets listed in the reservation. All guests will have to register with Naya Homes before their arrival, and additional guests may incur additional costs or the cancelation of the reservation, without a refund, according to Naya Homes cancellation policies. 6. Pets are not allowed unless expressly noted in your reservation. If you bring a pet to a property that does not allow pets, your reservation may be immediately canceled without a refund. 7. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises or in the building's common areas. A fine will be charged to the reservation if this is not respected.

8. You are liable for any property damage and agree to accept charges to your card on file should damage occur during your occupancy.

9. Check-in is at 3 pm or later, and Check-out is at 11 am or earlier unless noted in your reservation. If these times are not respected, there will be a fine charged to the reservation.

10. Rental rates include a reasonable usage of electricity for each night of the reservation length. Excessive use of electricity may result in additional charges to guests, which will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
