FIRST LEVEL
The first level features an open floor plan with high ceilings, creating a spacious and airy feel. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for home-cooked meals and is complete with a full-size refrigerator, a stove, oven, dishwasher, and stainless steel appliances. The comfortable living area is a great place to watch TV, contemplate the view, and relax after a day of sightseeing.

Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy the breathtaking views of the city and the ocean. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a sunset cocktail.

The guest bedroom is also on this level and features a king size bed and a spacious closet for guests to store their belongings.

SECOND LEVEL
The upper level includes the master bedroom and a dedicated workspace. The bedroom is beautifully decorated with a king-size bed, vibrant tones, and elegant furniture. The ensuite bathroom features a rain shower head and plenty of counter space.

COMMON AREAS - D'ESIRE
The common area rooftop provides a sparkling infinity pool, heated year-round—a rare find among Puerto Vallarta condos—along with a relaxing jacuzzi, multiple lounge and seating areas, and gorgeous views of Puerto Vallarta's Old Town. The building features a purification water system throughout all condominium units and common areas, ensuring clean and safe water. Additionally, there is an elevator for convenient access to the rooftop.

The Neighborhood

The Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town AKA Emiliano Zapata is the most happening part of Puerto Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo Street is the most popular street and is only one block south of the D'esire building.

The beach is a short walk, just 2 blocks west where you'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, etc.

Getting Around

You don't need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This property is walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town Uber, taxis and buses are readily available and affordable.

Other Things to Note
Visitor’s policy: Visitors are allowed (2 per time), from 9 am to 11 pm, they must register at the front desk and leave an ID. They are also allowed to use the common areas.

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our gardener visits every Thursday for about 20 minutes, any time between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., to tend to them.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

There are bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise, especially on weekends. Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out, it is your responsibility to replace them.
