    Entrando potrete sperimentare 2600 piedi quadrati di lusso con colori caldi, arte bella e pezzi di design che riflette l'attrazione della moderna cultura latino-americana. L'unità che si trova al quinto piano è completamente arredata con una cucina attrezzata eccellente e ha tutti gli elettrodomestici compresi lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, piano cottura a gas, forno, macchina per il caffè, grande frigorifero e ripiani in granito. La lavanderia all'interno dell'appartamento include una lavatrice e un'asciugatrice.

    Può ospitare comodamente quattro adulti. Ci sono due camere da letto: la camera da letto principale ha un letto king-size con bagno privato, mentre la seconda camera ha un letto king size perfetto per una seconda coppia. Ogni camera ha un sacco di spazio armadio e scaffali negli armadi pure. Biancheria da letto di alta qualità è stata selezionata per il massimo comfort. Il secondo bagno ha anche finiture di alta qualità e soffione e un asciugacapelli per le signore!

    La sala da pranzo e zona soggiorno è molto ampio concetto aperto. Ci sono due estremamente comodi divani che forniscono ampio spazio per intrattenere gli ospiti o semplicemente per rilassarsi a guardare la tv. Lo spazio abitativo è dotato di TV a schermo piatto, via cavo con canali in inglese, spagnolo e francese, e ad alta velocità internet wifi connessione. C'è anche un'unità stereo per l'ascolto di CD o la radio e un lettore DVD per la visione di DVD. Viene fornito anche un modem Apple che fornisce l'accesso a Netflix.

    Il soggiorno e zona pranzo si estende a un enorme avvolgente balcone con vista sulla città e sulle montagne su tutti i lati. Murales in ceramica che ritraggono il patrimonio culturale di Puerto Vallarta offrono lo sfondo perfetto per questo ambiente delizioso. La terrazza esterna ha un barbecue a gas e panca di cottura in marmo, un tavolo da pranzo all'aperto con posti a sedere per 10 persone, e un tavolo aggiuntivo vicino al barbecue per 4 persone con posti a sedere. Un piccolo giardino tropicale supera tutto fuori.

    Noi abbiamo ventilatori in ogni stanza, o si può preferire il nostro stato del sistema di condizionatore d'aria moderna e tranquilla arte. Ci sono controlli separati in ogni stanza in modo che ogni ospite può avere il proprio comfort. Chiediamo che le porte siano tenute chiuse quando si utilizza l'aria condizionata. La maggior parte degli ospiti preferiscono la sensazione interna / esterna dell'appartamento e raramente usano l'aria condizionata a parte per dormire.

    Il condominio ha una palestra con attrezzature cardio e pesi liberi, e una piscina riscaldata, al piano terra. L'unità dispone anche di 24 ore di sicurezza e un posto auto in un parcheggio custodito in garage sotterraneo sotto l'edificio.

The apartment had lots of space to relax and hang out. It is very comfortable and is easy to access. I wouldn’t call it quiet at night but the noise is mostly city sounds rather than party noise. We loved our stay and didn’t have any trouble with the power budget in 30 degree weather.

This is a great location and great property all around. It has real character and the location is unbeatable. The best part for us was that it was easy to get some work done on-line every morning because there is a desk in each bedroom, and it has great wifi connectivity.

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location in the old town was perfect, close to many of my favourite restaurants. The unit was lovely, fully equipped with beautiful art and a huge balcony. We would stay here again.

Great Place!

This luxurious two-bedroom condo is right in the heart of Puerto Vallarta a couple of short blocks from the beach. Everything is quite clean and organized and the owner and manager are excellent. There is a huge private deck as well.

Excellent Property in the Heart of Puerto Vallarta

This is a beautiful property and lives up to the reviews. It has a private, very large terrace. It's a short walk to the beach. Highly recommended if it meets your needs.

Gem in Romantic Zone PV

We stayed at Russel’s apartment in Puerto Vallarta. I have to say his listing photos dont do it justice… it’s so much nicer in person. Great layout, fantastic deck and amazing art. The building is well secured and has a 24/7 concierge. All off them super nice.Ken was right there for check in and check out and explained all in great detail. It’s a short walk to all the great restaurants, beach and boulevard. I can highly recommend Russel’s place.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful luxury condo in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta. The check-in was seamless, and the manager was very welcoming. The highlight was the huge wrap-around terrace, where we spent most of our time enjoying the views and relaxing. The condo's design and decor were stunning, with a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living areas. Both bedrooms were cozy and stylish, with high-quality bedding that made for a restful sleep. The location was perfect, within walking distance to great restaurants, shops, the Malecon Boardwalk, and the beach, yet still peaceful and quiet. Overall, this condo offered everything we could have hoped for and more. We highly recommend it and can't wait to come back!

We stayed at this property during the 2025 holiday season and had a perfect getaway south: Arrival: On arrival, the owner was in contact with us during the travel day and was there to greet us at the door. Property is easy access by taxi or Uber from the airport. Entrance was gated and secure with friendly 24-hour security guards. Property: The unit is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need for your stay to feel at home. Kitchen is well stocked with excellent functioning appliances. The bedrooms are quiet and stay cool throughout the evening. The balcony is impressive and spans the width of the building overlooking the town. Lots of art and sculptures make this unit feel like a true one of a kind! The building is quiet with only 3-4 units per floor, there is a shared pool on the first floor which was never busy. Location: A perfect location to walk the old city and about a 2-minute walk to the beach. The condo is supplied with all the gear you need to set up including umbrellas, chairs, and beach towels. There are countless restaurants and bars at your doorstep. Be sure to check out the Saturday market is set up around the corner. Local convenience store are the corner is perfect for picking up last minute items. We look forward to returning to this property in the near future!

Incredible 2 bedroom condo - close to everything

We booked this unit for our two adult sons and their partners to stay in while on vacation for a week. This large 2 bedroom condo is within walking distance to everything - restaurants, markets, entertainment, the Malecon, and the beach. The kitchen is spacious and very well supplied with dishes, pots, cutlery, spices, etc., with lots of space to prep and cook meals. The bedrooms are both well sized and comfortable with plenty of storage space. The unit's large wrap-around balcony is fantastic, and we enjoyed several meals together there at the large table that can easily seat 10 people. The 4 cushioned lounge chairs were also put to good use. The pool area is very nice and never seemed to be too busy. The pool has sun shine in the morning and becomes shaded in the afternoon. We thought the water temperature was perfect! Communications with the property manager, Ken, were easy. The check-in and out process went smoothly and as arranged. The front desk / security staff in this building are very friendly and helpful. They also remember new building guests very quickly. Thanks to Russell, the host of this awesome condo, who responded to my booking and all my messages very quickly. I look forward to renting this fantastic unit again sometime in the future!

Great condo in a great location

We have been going to PV every Thanksgiving for years and this is by far the best condo we’ve rented in terms of location in Zona Romantica and the condo itself. The place is beautifully decorated, including all the art pieces. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were so soft! The pictures don’t give you a sense of how huge the wrap around balcony is, either. Honestly, if we were buying a place in PV, we’d be looking for something just like this. The property manager was also super helpful from pre-checking to departure. We will definitely look for this place again when we go to PV next time.

We'll be back

Russell's apartment is perfect in so many ways. First, the location is excellent with everything you need within a couple blocks. This became even more clear to us after we left to move to a 3 bedroom condo, as our college aged kids joined us for their spring break, and every evening we ended up ubering back to this area for it's restaurants and nightlife. The apartment is perfect and loaded with artwork which we really appreciated as we lived in Mexico for 2 years many years ago. The apartment has everything you need to cook from all necessary appliances, pots and pans and many spices and staples. There is also everything you need for the beach from towels to Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas. The outdoor wrap around patio is incredibly large with a table for 10, another table for 4 along with 4 chaise lounges and an outdoor grille and sink. The security guys at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. I really appreciated them letting me practice my bad Spanglish on them. Overall, we had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back. As I mentioned earlier after our 10 day stay here we moved to a condo in a 5 star resort. If that place was a 5 star then Russell's is a 8 or 9 star.

Wonderful Condo Ideal Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Russ’s condo. The location in old town was perfect close to all our favourite restaurants. The unit itself was lovely fully equipped with beautiful dishes and the balcony was huge. We would definitely stay here again.

Our experience.

Lovely property and owner & manager great to deal with. Can definitely recommend to stay in, but not good if you have children. Reason: A lot of art work & statuary within... We were always worried about bumping into something or that the wind would knock something over. Although this may have a fluke occurrence...The maid /cleaning service was quite lacking. We went behind her redoing (cleaning) what she supposedly had done. We even changed our own sheets as she forgot.

Perfect location

We thought the location was perfect. Close to the Malecon, close to restaurants, close to everything. The condo security staff was great letting us in. The condo had more than what was listed the balcony was huge. We could see sunsets, sunrises, and nightlife. The place was wonderful.

Great location & property

This property is exactly as advertised: conveniently located, safe, friendly staff and property manager, responsive owner, large balcony, very well-stocked. Despite being centrally located, we didn’t hear much noise - only a bit of traffic noise early in the AM. Highly recommend Los Mercados (down the street) for tasty treats. 2 blocks away is the boardwalk with a plethora of restaurants. 4 blocks to Basilio Badillo - a Main Street. There are about 8 steps to access the condo building, but there is a steep ramp (if you use a wheelchair, you’ll need an assistant). The building is kept immaculately. Personally, I found the condo decor charming and you need to be very careful with all the art and objects that adorn every nook and cranny. The Apple TV was perfect (except when it rained). I never really figured out how to get regular local TV - I do wish there had been a tv in each bedroom, but that forced us to have more communal time. You do need to sweep regularly because if crumbs fall on the floor, you will find tiny little ants crawling all over the floor. Fortunately, Gabriela (the property manager) got us a great house cleaning lady with reasonable prices. Communication with both Gabriela and the owner, Russell, was efficient and friendly. I think the only con is that since we visited in July, we did experience a heat wave, power outages and air conditioning issues, but the issues were resolved within 24 hours. Although we used the air con sparingly, our deposit took a $200 hit bc we apparently went over our allowed kilowatt use. The last thing one wants to think about during vacation is utility costs. :-( We are still working out this item with the owner and hope to find a solution amenable to both parties. Despite that nuisance, I would not hesitate to recommend this condo. It made for a very comfortable home during our 3 week stay.

Our experience at Posada Rio Cuale was great. The staff at the complex was fantastic. Friendly courteous people. Helpful in so many was. Can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you for a great vacation.
