The villa comprises two levels (Main and Penthouse) with 3 bedrooms and a shared kitchen/living area on each floor.
Each level can be rented independently as 1–3 bedroom apartments for smaller groups, thus sharing the common areas. For this listing all common areas are exclusive to the renter of the Villa.
