Questa nuova villa a quattro stelle rinnovata nello stretto centro di Pola è il luogo ideale dove trascorrere le vostre vacanze a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal famoso anfiteatro romano costruito nel I secolo d.C. circondato da musei e monumenti storici. Nelle vicinanze ci sono numerosi bar e ristoranti con una raffinata selezione di cibi e vini mediterranei. Il grande giardino situato sul retro della casa garantisce notti estive perfette soprattutto con i pregiati vini della nostra famiglia e l'olio extra vergine di oliva fatto in casa. Se decidi di trascorrere la serata fuori, Pula ti offre molte possibilità di vita notturna, come per i bambini e gli adulti, inclusi festival di musica, cinema e arte durante l'intera stagione estiva. Very good stay

Ich hatte das große Vergnügen, meinen Urlaub in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus in Kroatien zu verbringen, und kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Das Haus ist nicht nur wunderschön gelegen, sondern bietet auch alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Räume sind sauber, gut ausgestattet und bieten eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Ein besonderes Highlight unseres Aufenthalts war der Vermieter. Er war unglaublich freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Während unseres Aufenthalts war er jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich umgehend um all unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Seine Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Wenn Sie nach einem ruhigen und komfortablen Rückzugsort in Kroatien suchen, mit einem Vermieter, der sich wirklich um das Wohl seiner Gäste kümmert, dann ist dieses Ferienhaus die perfekte Wahl!

Great stay with a great host

The location of the house is excellent, close by the centre but quiet still, the interior and garden are amazing with an outdoor kitchen and pool, the AC worked and the host has been welcoming and helpful!

Family stay

This property is even better than the pictures, it is ideal for a family stay and has everything you need. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the outdoor terrace in the sun with the outdoor kitchen nearby. The host was very accommodating I wouldn’t hesitate to book again

Gorgeous property, friendly accomodating host, perfect location

In summary Jakov's Villa was perfect for my stay with my grown up family. Spacious with lots of facilities. We enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen, preparing meals and eating together on the terrace. The pool was just right for a cool down dip. The villa is located so close to the town, not much more than a stone's throw from the beautiful amphitheatre. Pula has lots to investigate, history, eateries, shopping, and beaches and entertainment easily accessible on cheap good public transport not too far away. Jakov and his wife were the perfect hosts, super friendly, responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this accomodation, and will definitely return. ❤️

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Stadt

Wir waren für 6 Nächte im Haus. Das Haus ist hervorragend. Besonders gut hat uns die Außenküche gefallen und den Kindern der Pool. Jakov ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, der uns tolle Tipps gegeben hat. Wir werden sicherlich wieder nach Pula kommen und dieses tolle Haus anmieten.

Discover Pula and Istria from a relaxing base camp !

Very nice house, located at walking distance from Pula city center, with several commodities and shops in the neighbourhood. Jakov was very helpful during our stay, giving useful advice for our visits in Istria and for our stay in the house. We definitely recommend this location for future travelers.

Awesome!

Everything was perfect, the check in was easy and Jakov was super friendly! We had a lot of fun in the 10 days. The pictures represent the location more than words could. One of our highlights was the outside kitchen, perfect for a dinner in the evenings with friends. Hope to see you next year again!

Schönen Urlaub in einem familienfreundlichen Haus

Schönes Objekt, was auf den Bildern besser aussieht, als es tatsächlich ist. Der Vermieter Jakov ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hat gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Das Objekt liegt sehr zentrumsnah und ist trotzdem ruhig. Für ein Urlaub mit Kindern sehr gut geeignet.

Empfehlenswerter Gastgeber

Gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in Zentrumsnähe. Der Gastgeber ist sehr enthusiastisch und zuvorkommend. Zwei Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und untere Etage auch bei sehr hohen Temperaturen angenehm kühl. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit großen Räumen. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine funktionieren sehr gut. Kaffeemaschine für deutschen Kaffee vorhanden. Sehr netter Vermieter. Zentral gelegen auch mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und trotzdem ruhig. Einziges Manko ist ein fehlender Pool. Diesen will aber der Vermieter demnächst bauen.

Schönes sauberes Haus mit tollem Vermieter

Es war mein erstes mal in Kroatien und mir hat es sehr gut gefallen, ein Grund dafür war unsere Unterkunft. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat uns toll informiert. Alles war sauber und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Ich würde das Haus und den Ort meinen freunden empfehlen. Am besten ist, wenn man ein Auto hat, denn es gibt in der näheren Umgebung einfach so viel zu entdecken, das es sich lohnt ein Auto zu mieten oder direkt mit dem eigenen Auto anzureisen, wenn es die Reisedistanz zulässt. In der Nähe sind gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und man ist auch schnell in der Stadt. Maximal 10 Minuten gehen und man ist im Herzen Pulas.

Tolles Haus, sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll renoviert. Wir waren zu acht (4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder), dafür war das Haus ideal. 5 Min. zu Fuß zum Zentrum gilt für Erwachsene, mit Kinder braucht man eher etwas länger. Jakov der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Stilvolle Unterkunft mit schöner Terrasse und Außenküche

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und bietet mit seinen 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern viel Platz für eine größere Gruppe. Besonders hat uns die Terrasse mit Liegen, Grill und einer praktischen Außenküche gefallen. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut, man ist nur wenige Minuten vom Amphitheater, Restaurants und dem Nachtleben in Pula entfernt. Für das morgendliche Frühstück kann man sich in der benachbarten Bäckerei mit Brot und Stückchen versorgen. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Haus von herzlichem Vermieter

Wir, zwei Familien mit vier Kindern (1.5/3/4 und 7 Jahre alt), haben eine tolle Woche Ende August in diesem Haus verbracht. Absolut kindertauglich mit Schaukeln und großem Garten zum Herumtollen. Der Feigenbaum hat uns nicht nur täglich frische, köstliche Früchte geliefert, sondern ist auch zum Klettern gut geeignet. Besonders beliebt war bei allen die "Sommerküche" direkt am Essplatz auf der Terrasse. Die liebevolle und geschmackssichere Einrichtung des ganzen Hauses hat vor allem die Damen begeistert. Schön ist auch die stadtnahe Lage, mit kleinen Kindern zu Fuß eher 15min als 5min bis zum Theater und noch einmal 10min bis zur Fußgängerzone. Tolle Bäckerei nicht weit. Pula City Mall mit Interspar, dm, Deichmann, C&A etc. per Auto in 5min erreichbar. Wir können nicht bestätigen, dass die Straße/Gegend laut ist (Bewertung vom 4.9.16), auf der Terrasse und in den Schlafzimmern zum Garten ist kein Straßenlärm zu hören. Hin und wieder hört man Hundegebell vom Nachbargrundstück. Jakov ist ein aufmerksamer Gastgebern, der uns mit Wein begrüßt und dann mit den besten Tipps für Restaurants, Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten versorgt hat. Er hat uns auch während des Aufenthalts zeitnah unsere Fragen beantwortet (Apotheke, Arzt) und war sehr hilfreich. Absolut unkomplizierte Abreise. Vielen Dank, Jakov, Dir und der ganzen Familie. Wir können diese Haus absolut weiterempfehlen und sind beim nächsten Urlaub in Istrien bestimmt wieder dort.

Great house, great owner

Meine Freunde und ich haben uns für 2 Wochen Pula und Umgebung angeschaut. Zu Land und auch zu Wasser stand unser herzlicher Vermieter mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Haus hat eine gute Ausstattung und die nähere Umgebung hat alles Nötige zu bieten. Toll ist auch das die City zu Fuß in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen ist. Gerne buchen wir das Haus wieder, wenn wir in Pula sind. Me and My friends stayed in Pula for two weeks, discovering the town and the surrondings. Our very nice host provided us with his knowledge of the places to see. The house is well equipped and all other things such as food, etc. you can get in the surronding area. The city center is in walking distance. We would like to book the house again the next time we stay in Pula.
