The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with air conditioning and a pull-out couch (160 x 200 cm), a game room with a couch and PlayStation, a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, and a separate WC. From the living area, there is direct access to the terrace by the pool. The first floor has two bedrooms with air conditioning and double beds, a bedroom with air conditioning and two single beds, and three bathrooms with showers. One of the bedrooms has its own balcony.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.
