“The room was shabby. There was mold on the bathroom tiles; the tub needed some real cleaning and it smelled moldy - not healthy. The were loose wires hanging from the walls and the wall paper was peeling off. I have to say that the whole place needs updating and attention. The furniture was dented and scratched. It doesn’t seem like the management cares about how clean and presentable the rooms were. As for the staff, they were very nice and helpful! Would I recommend it to anyone? No...

“Clerk could not find booking. Continued to dispute even after repeatedly show booking number and paid invoice. Argued that it must be for another branch. 15 mins later i got a key !! Not what you need at 11pm. Upon checkout counter not open. Even though sign on door and advertise 24 Hours. Did not get my key deposit back as I had to leave to get catch a flight. RM20 lost. ”

“Female receptionist was helpful and overall room was ok, but the toilet was lacking a bit. Had a slight foul smell emanating from the WC, not too bad, but definitely room for improvement”
