“It was unique in that it wasn’t in the place shown on the map. The local people had never heard of it. and they didn’t reply to phone calls. I didn’t stay there because I couldn’t find it! It’s not on Main st, as they claim . I doubt if I will get a refund. Annoyed. ”

Nous avons fait une réservation sur votre site pour cet hotel mais arrivé sur place l'hôtel avait toutes ses portes fermées ce qui nous a obligé à passer la nuit dehors. Je dois vous dire que ce vendredi 20/03 était le premier jour d'un couvre feu instauré par le gouvernement Sri Lankais. Par contre il me semble incompréhensible que votre site permette de faire des réservations dans ce cas de figure.

l'unico neo riscontrato troppi mosquitos una vera tortura secondo me dovrebbero fare disinfestazioni quotidiane sia in spiaggia che nelle aree comuni ed in camera.

Overall, it is a great place to relax and spend a weekend. I would definitely return to this hotel again. ”

“We loved Passi Villas- it’s very quiet, pool was great and food was great. We had half board with fresh pastries fruit and eggs for breakfast and for dinner a 3-4 course meal- I had the fish every night which was different daily
The management leave you alone and you have the manager’s phone number if you need anything urgently. In the morning I would talk to the chef about what we would like for dinner- so very personal service. If you don’t like peace and quiet then you won’t like this place-...

“We really enjoyed our stay in the Passi villas. The rooms were incredibly big. We had a super big bed plus an extra bed. They had an amazing pool which was great to swim in. The beach was unfortunatly full of stones, so need to walk to the public beach. The service was the best so far. Breakfast very nice. If you want to have european standard better go to the hotel next door, its bigger but not that nice pool. but if you want to experience the real tamil friendlyness go to the passi villas....

La nostra camera era frontemare a 10 m dalla spiaggia privata dell'hotel. La struttura è dotata anche di una bella piscina che però non abbiamo sfruttato.
Sia piscina che spiaggia sono dotate di un bar.
Camera e bagno molto ampi , ottima la pulizia (gli addetti passano 2 volta al giorno).

There did seem to be an everlasting towel shortage while we were there but the staff were friendly and helpful in ensuring this caused as little inconvenience as possible.
I would highly recommend getting a ground level beach facing room! ”

A small point, the spa facility does not match the standard of the overall facility though the massage itself was very good.

Il y aurait tout pour en faire un endroit merveilleux mais pour cela il faudrait accentuer les efforts sur le Menage, le matériel qui est cassé. Tout est laissé à l’abandon (matelas déchiré et tache sur les transats).
Les baies vitrées n’ont pas du voir un chiffon depuis des années.
La plage devant la maison est plein de détritus.
La cuisine n’est pas formidable non plus
