Hotel per chi ama l'avventura a Puno

“Personale gentile e disponibile”

“Personale molto disponibile ”

“Hotel centrale silenzioso buon rapporto qualita prezzo”

“Wonderful stay and staff ”

“The place is good and near to the main square. But the room that we have, it was a little dirty, like recently they paint the roof and the paint was in all the parts ( beds, tablets, etc) and the room doesn’t have heater is very cool”

“Great location - easy walk to main square. Room was nice. Staff didn't speak much English but we muddled through. Main complaint was with breakfast.... supposed to be 6-8:30. We went down at 6:50, and none of the hot items were put out. What WAS available was pretty lame.”

“Ottima posizione e camera confortevole ”

“Buena ubicación cerca de la catedral. Empleados amables y con buen desayuno. Aconsejado ”

“Todo tranquilo y limpio”

“Ho apprezzato tanto la gentilezza e la cordialità di Lupe, che ci ha aiutato a trovare la giusta escursione sul lago Titicaca appena prenotata la stanza. Inoltre il ristorante all'ultimo piano offre una vista su Puno ed il lago davvero suggestiva. La stanza era un po' fredda, perché non era presente il riscaldamento, ma c'erano le coperte di rinforzo con cui non abbiamo patito il freddo.”

“Very near everything”

“Ok ”

“Hotel is in the center of Puno, half a block from Plaza de Armas and the Catbedral. Very good staff, always ready to help for everything (tour, airport transportation, informations), printing boarding pass free. Room was clean, lot of space (we booked a triple room, there were three queen size bed), clean bathroom with tube and shower, heathing. Good for the price, this way you got more than what you pay for”

“The hotel was a good location and staff was lovely. Main issue, we were given an indoor window room . So there was no air circulation and you could hear everything going on in the hotel. Breakfast was noisy. ”
