“Hotel un po' fuori dal centro, ma con cinque minuti di taxi si raggiunge il porto e il centro..inoltre la posizione un po' decentrata conferisce all hotel un clima di calma e relax. Il personale è molto disponibile e gentile. Lo consiglio”

Romario and Freddy were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even took the time to give us a tour of the surrounding area, which made our stay even more memorable. “Ottima posizione e camera confortevole ”

“Hotel is in the center of Puno, half a block from Plaza de Armas and the Catbedral. Very good staff, always ready to help for everything (tour, airport transportation, informations), printing boarding pass free. Room was clean, lot of space (we booked a triple room, there were three queen size bed), clean bathroom with tube and shower, heathing. Good for the price, this way you got more than what you pay for”

“The hotel itself was great, but we had a hiccup with the management as they insisted that we pay for the room after we showed them the receipt that we already paid with Expedia. As soon as we got Expedia involved, they reimbursed us, but it was frustrating to deal with while tired from traveling. Other than that, the hotel itself was lovely with hot water in the shower a lovely breakfast and convenient location.”

“Ho apprezzato tanto la gentilezza e la cordialità di Lupe, che ci ha aiutato a trovare la giusta escursione sul lago Titicaca appena prenotata la stanza. Inoltre il ristorante all'ultimo piano offre una vista su Puno ed il lago davvero suggestiva. La stanza era un po' fredda, perché non era presente il riscaldamento, ma c'erano le coperte di rinforzo con cui non abbiamo patito il freddo.”
