“Simple terrible experience”

“This was honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I chose this hotel because the pool and garden area looked beautiful in the photos, but unfortunately it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. When we checked in and entered the room, every faucet had been left running and water was overflowing from the bathroom onto the floor. We informed the front desk and were told someone would come clean it, but when we went to ask again, we were simply handed a mop. We tried to clean it...

Apartment was very good, nice amazing view, but the couches in the living room were dirty and we cover them with the white bed sheets. We had a lot of towels , even for beach but we supposed to ask to come and change them, if not not sure when was the schedule for that. Check in process was easy. 24 hours before my expected arrival I sent the host a message through the expedia app and she responded with my room number and lock code to enter the room.
