“I rented the penthouse with hot tub, and when I got there the room they took us to was a penthouse no hot tub. I showed my itinerary and they even told me to call Expedia to show them what I purchased and Maria wanted to argue that it wasn’t what I choose and that she was the manager. I again called Expedia to send me over the amenities included and sure enough the hot tub was on the booking. It took 2 hrs for us to get in the correct room. There was no need to argue about what I did or didn’t...

“Perfect location within walkiing distance to many restaurants. Very clean and secure with a great rooftop bar/restaurant. The only negative feedback is that I was I needed a late check out for noon which is only 1 hour and was told yes by the night reception but the day reception told me $40 until 2pm and was not nice about it. ”

“Great place had everything we needed in an apartment for a productive stay . Rosa was great at front desk . Beach could be better but overall peaceful. Be aware they charge an electricity fee upon arrival , didn’t know that until we checked in . Overall a nice place in front of beach and gated and close to shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere no need to uber / taxi unless excursions .”
