This residence includes a **Punta Mita Premier Golf** Membership, which provides guests with privileged access to many of the resort’s exclusive amenities. Through this membership, guests may enjoy:



• Access to Punta Mita’s private beach clubs, including Kupuri, Pacífico, Sufi Ocean Club, and El Surf Club

• Access to both Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses, Pacífico and Bahía (Additional Fees Apply)

**Access Fees**

Please note that access to Punta Mita amenities is subject to a one-time Access Fee per guest, per stay. This fee is established by the Punta Mita community and is not included in the rental rate unless otherwise specified.



This fee is charged closer to the arrival date and applies as follows:



• Adults and children 13 years and older: USD $50 per person + 16% IVA + 15% service charge

• Children ages 5–12: USD $30 per person + 16% IVA + 15% service charge

• Children under 5 years old: No charge

Getting Around:

A Two 4-seater golf cart are provided for your convenience—perfect for cruising to the beach, exploring the village, or heading to a nearby club for sunset drinks. Private airport transportation is recommended for arrival, and once you’re here, everything you need is just minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

A security deposit equivalent to $1,500 US or $30,000 MXN is required as a pre-authorization hold on the guest’s credit card upon arrival.



Cancellation policy:

1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees.

2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes.

3. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes.
