“There were three of us and we reserved a room with two queen beds. The room was supposed to be ready at 3 o'clock. They didn't have a room for us until 3:30, and the room. They took us to had one king bed. So they took us to another room that had two full-size beds, and the air conditioner did not work. “The location itself it’s beautiful it’s in a very nice side of town and the area feels safe and modern. HOWEVER, The hotel itself is on the outdated side. The amenities are outdated and the place lacks cleanliness. I mean the basic needs are there but you can tell that the place doesn’t get deep cleaned nor are they keeping up with maintaining the facilities clean at all times.
