Hotel vicino a Purchase College - Purchase

“Hotel was convenient to the airport (5 min drive) - daytime staff were very helpful, nighttime staff less so, but this hotel fit the bill. Only problem was a maintenance issue with the toilet in the room, ran all night - and there was no alternative provided -- but I'm sure that was a one-off.”

“The guest rooms are clean and roomy. Very comfortable. The valet parking was easy and very organized. The hotel itself is welcoming.”

“Struttura elegante e confortevole, bellissima la location . Il gradimento sarebbe stato più alto se l'accoglienza fosse stata all'altezza. Purtroppo non è stato così perchè alcuni membri del personale della reception erano decisamente scortesi e poco disponibili nei nostri confronti ( nemmeno rispondevano al saluto che comunque per educazione noi abbiamo sempre fatto ...). Ci dispiace perchè per tutto il resto abbiamo apprezzato la struttura. ”

“Took 3 different tries to get a working key card. When I got into the room the TV was on which was odd. There was left over TP in the Toliet (assumed after cleaning staff they forgot to flush) when went to flush it back up a little. Was able to find cleaning staff on floor and they fixed immediately for me. In the morning as I was about to shower I realized I didnt have any big body towels, just tue 2 face clothes and hand towels. Not even a matt to stand on for when I got out the shower. I...

“Struttura molto vecchia, bagno piccolo e doccia molto scomoda. Prezzo economico, parcheggio comodo e stanza pulita. Nel complesso un motel senza pretese ma molto funzionale a chi si trova sulla strada per Long Island”
