Una casa a schiera di tre piani, finemente ristrutturata, di grandi dimensioni con 7 camere da letto e splendida vista sul mare nel villaggio di Abersoch.

Situato nel pittoresco, vivace e 'Times Best Places to Live' nel villaggio di Abersoch, nel Galles. La casa è in posizione centrale, a 1 minuto a piedi dal centro del villaggio con tutti i suoi bar, ristoranti e boutique, ea 5 minuti dalla spiaggia, yacht club e golf club.

La casa è self-catering e può ospitare comodamente e cenare fino a 15 persone, è disponibile come casa vacanza tutto l'anno.

Island View ha 7 camere da letto su due piani (1 ° e 2 °) tra cui 2 camere King, 2 matrimoniali, una camera quadrupla (con letti a castello e letti gemelli), una doppia e una singola.

We were a family of 14 staying at the property for a long weekend. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The house was well maintained, spacious and comfortable. There was a well equipped kitchen with lots of day space. It was great to be able to sit around one large dining table.All bedrooms were well furnished, pleasant and cosy.Although the outside space was limited we were able to sit at the benches to enjoy a drink.This family house is excellent for a holiday in Abersoch, with only a short walk into the centre of the town. Highly recommended

Needs improvement and satefy updates

Our recent stay at this property was unfortunately disappointing, with several significant issues impacting our experience. While the property initially appeared promising, we quickly discovered it was not properly cleaned or maintained. The back garden contained dog mess and a bin bag of rubbish. We also found sweet wrappers under a bed, and several of the supplied duvet covers were ripped. The BBQ was also extremely dirty and ill-maintained. In the main family bathroom, there were drainage issues with the bath, making showering hazardous as the surface became very slippery. We purchased bleach to try to alleviate this issue, but to no avail. The Dyson left to vacuum the downstairs area was full and blocked, which we had to clean out and clean the filters to make it usable. The kitchen was dirty, the coffee machine was covered in grime, the toaster was crammed with crumbs, and the sugar jar was untouchable. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with only 8 forks and 5 teaspoons available, leading us to purchase additional cutlery ourselves. Furthermore, essential items like hand soap were missing, and there was no welcome pack, local information, or appliance instructions. When we brought these issues to the owner's attention during our stay, we received only a brief response, without even an acknowledgement or thank you for purchasing the necessary cutlery, which felt quite impolite.Most concerning was a faulty safety latch on the boiling hot water tap in the kitchen. Amazing weekend in Abersoch centre

We were celebrating my 60th birthday with family and friends. We had a few things planned around Abersoch and the location was perfect right in the centre and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We really just wanted to eat and drink and celebrate together in the house and it was a perfect space to do this. The bedrooms were all a great size. Lovely clean comfy beds and plenty of room everywhere. We had 3 Labradors with us and so needed space and it really was a perfect home for the weekend. We hope to book again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Lovely stay, big house, amazing location

The house was a great space in a great location. 5 minute walk to town and beach, lots of parking at the house. Lovely downstairs area and bedrooms were very spacious with comfy beds. The house generally had everything you could ask for but there were a few things we ran out of that could do with looking at - we had minimal toilet paper and bin bags so had to go out and buy more and we had no hand towels in any bathrooms but we made do as drying towels are provided, we also couldn’t get the iron to work - nothing major that particularly impacted our trip but just so people know to bring extras! Would definitely recommend!

This property was lovely and clean in a good location..lots of things in the property that werent listedon the property information which made the stay even better ...the location was great close to amenities and pubs and not far from the beach ..we all really enjoyed the stay lovely place

Fantastic location

Beautiful large house very close to the beach and centre of Abersoch, lovely bedrooms to choose from and with all the utensils, towels etc to accommodate a large party. Our only small issue were the scatter cushions on the sofas needed a clean/change and the floor left your feet a bit dirty. That said, we had a fantastic stay and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this beautiful property.

Perfect stay

We had an amazing stay at island view the house is equipped with everything you need and in the best location. We’ve stayed in other houses in a large group before and always felt cramped but didn’t feel that at all at island view. We had plenty of space whilst still feeling all together. The kitchen/ lounge area is great for socialising and the huge dining table was amazing it’s not often you are able to all sit together to eat in a big party! We can’t wait to return!!!

Excellent location & perfect for large families or group of friends, has no outdoor space though. Situated on the corner of a road so a gate for safety would make it more child/dog friendly.

A week in the house with 4 generations of family, suited everyone. Only problem the grandparents couldn’t use the sofas as they were very soft and low down but apart from that perfect house and will definitely go again and great for the dogs too

Lovely property

Fab property. Well maintained with good facilities. Google homes in pretty much every room! Great location for town and beach. Well equipped. Great for a big group or a couple of families. We had 2 families and grandparents and plenty of space to be together or apart! Great communication from the owner. Highly recommended.

A short trip to Abersoch for Mothers Day weekend . Accommodation was perfect for the 14 of us , plenty of space for all ages . Only slight negative was that a couple of the double bed mattresses could have been more comfortable .

On arrival found one toilet in main bathroom not cleaned, the top floor needs some attention. The shower needs up grading and all the bathrooms need separate back lite shaving mirrors, as shaving was a bit hit and miss.

Great Property

A fantastic house, well equipped and located in the middle of the town so shops, beaches and pubs all within a 5 minute walk. All rooms were lovely and good sizes. A spacious central living area, with a separate seating , and dining space. Would highly recommend this property for a larger group

Great house in beautiful location

Our large family had a great stay at this beautiful house. Abersoch is a lovely place to visit and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Location is excellent situated in the centre of the village with sea views. The house itself was large spacious yet comfy. Disappointed no towels provided but everything else was great.
