“Excellent over night trip for work, originally booked for 1 night but enjoyed it so much stayed a second! Locals lovely and friendly, staff are helpful and welcoming.
Rooms are basic but ideal
For an overnight work trip or for the football near by, there is NO parking, its a side road of if you’re lucky you may get in the tiny courtyard at the side of the hotel.
Local shop next door and a takeaway for the nights they dont do food.

Il personale si è limitato solo rimpinguare capsule del caffè e biscotti, ma non sono stati rifatti i letti, pulito il bagno né cambiati gli asciugamani. Ci siamo fermati due notti e non è stato un grande disagio. Solo per questo non assegno il massimo alla pulizia. Il ristorante è buono e adeguato nel prezzo”

“Only an overnight, but convenient for town. Without the hassle of trying to find a parking space at hotels in the centre. Took a bus to town (15 mins), stops located directly outside the hotel . Reception staff lovely and chatty, lovely welcome. Would stay again ”

“We had a fabulous stay at the Grand for our 40th wedding anniversary, the room was fabulous. Spotless, roomy, comfortable with a very large soaking tub in the bedroom. It also had a sea view and balcony (Pavilion room). The hotel arranged a bottle of champagne and card on arrival which was a lovely treat.
We enjoyed breakfast in the conservatory with sea views and the food was delicious with a great choice.
Our maitre,d was super attentive he was an Italian gentleman who’s name I can’t...

The bathroom was a bit awkward due to the positioning of the door, shower and sink (water went everywhere when showering!) but wasn’t too much of an issue. Breakfast had lots of variety but the quality wasn’t great for some of the hot items. We would stay here again when returning to Brighton. ”
