“Room was clean. There was was no innkeeper for 3 days, i was literally the only person in that house. No one to discuss payment. Trying to communicate was extremely difficult. Finalky, on Saturday i met the chef and an innkeeper. Very nice. They asked me if i needed anything which was great. Food was delicous. Couple of thoughts. You have an untended leak by vack door feom the ceiling. That was my first impression walking in at 11pm. 2nd, i was in the Benton room at the top. 2 things: 1. Warn...

“Wonderful trip! The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. I was happy with the valet service. They were very nice and efficient. The hotel is beautiful. Many spots to sit inside by the fireplace or outside. The room was beyond my expectations. Everything was spotless. The bathroom was clean and had a nice large shower. The bed was perfect. “The staff here is always really friendly and accommodating. The room is very comfortable and the bed for sure is the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept on! The daily breakfast and hours for such are a GREAT amenity and one of the top things I look forward to staying here. The walls at this property are better than other hotels as well, I was not disturbed by outside noise hardly at all. I will certainly be staying here again more than once!”

“When we saw this hotel online, we were drawn to the unique style. Just going to Springfield for a one day birthday outing and the hotel gave it a special feeling. Loved the pool area with all the trees and plants! The room was nice and spotless! Breakfast was the best we had ever had in a hotel. Would love to visit again.”

“What a delight. You never know what you're gonna get when you shop for the best deal in a given market. This property stands out! Well maintained, clean, and no funky smells. Mini fridge and microwave included in room, the bed was super comfy, and there was plenty of hot water with great water pressure. Ten minutes from Fantastic Caves and less than 10 minutes from the Route 66 Auto Museum. You could spend more, but why?”
