“What can I say about this place the staff was amazing and kind. The hotel is located right across the street from an Al Meera which is a Walmart like store that's open 24 hours a day. The rooms are actual apartments so they have everything you can think of in them. I will be coming back to this place on my next visit. There's no reason to stay anywhere else.”

“No support from the personnel when we arrived, nobody to help with the luggages. The personnel at the reception didn't find the booking and was not nice at all. Once in the room, we find it not duly cleaned and smelling really bady. On the top of that, we found coackroaches in the room. we even didn't spent 1 night there and we left immediately (the reception personnel just said "sorry"). We paid for 6 days without been there even 1 night. Terrible experience.”

"Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti benissimo, check in rapido in cinque minuti, poi la ragazza che parlava benissimo l’italiano ci ha accompagnati nelle camere e ci ha spiegato in una maniera dettagliata tutto. La camera era impeccabile e disponeva di ogni comfort, il servizio era eccellente, il migliore che io abbia mai visto. Dall’asciugacapelli ghd ad ogni tipo di toiletries. La stanza veniva rifornita e sistemata ben due volte al giorno e la ragazza dell’housekeeping, Mimi, si assicurava che non mancasse mai nulla. In camera avevamo la macchinetta del caffè e Mimi passava ogni giorno a rifornirla con acqua e latte. Anche il servizio della colazione è stato impeccabile con cibo di altissima qualità e scelte a la carte incluse. In generale, tutto il personale è stato piu che attento e disposto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi cosa. In assoluto l’hotel migliore che meriterebbe piú di 5 stelle. Ringrazio lo staff di Fairmont per aver reso indimenticabile questo viaggio."
