2023-07-19至20日入住的體驗
1. 走進房間, 燈制設置在床頭櫃, 要行到入房內才可開燈 2. 找房間拖鞋不容易, 穿著鞋走滿全房才找到. (個人不大喜穿著鞋在房內走動) 3. 致電Room Service和Front Desk叫餐沒人接電話, 最後要自行走去大堂前台落單. 4. 吹風機的後蓋(進風位)有鬆. 5. 退房時, 帳單現時是用電子帳單, 但郵箱沒有收到 (不知是否發錯郵箱地址), 最後要打電去追. 房間整體是整潔的, 床是舒服的.

Nice location
Stayed three nights. Location convenient to restaurants, hotel price reasonable. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The lobby is a little worn down. The air conditioning worked super well to keep my husband feeling cool in the summer heat.

Customer service needs improvement!
The worst part of my stay was the fact that I was made to feel that I might not pay my bills. On checking in, I paid my 5-night stay bill in full with an additional deposit of 1000 yuan. To be accosted by staff to sign a 57 Yuan room service bill two days into my stay, was humiliating, and told, you did not pay when I had actually already attempted to pay the bill in cash in the morning, and was told there was no need. Covid regulations advertised but not followed- ie showing of green code etc. Cleanliness in the room was ok. Miserable with the amount of shampoo etc that was left in the room. Only replaced if completely used!

部屋は防音性が良くとても静かで ベッドや水回りは清潔で シャワー設備も快適で5スターレベルのホテルで とても快適でした｡ 朝食も青島では洋食のおいしいレストランが少ない中 美味しかったです｡ 日本から青島旅行に呼んだ妻も大変感激していました｡ 手違いと思いますが エレベータで部屋に上るときのセキュリティ用カードの登録ミスがあり 部屋にいけなくてあせりましたので 気持ち良いチェックインのためカードをお客様に渡す前に再確認されると さらに良くなるでしょう｡

Solide - das was man erwartet und gebucht hat
Das Hotel liegt nicht unbedingt im Zentrum (aber das ist ja auch rießig), aber schön gelegen an der Promenade. Das Gebäude ist einladend, das Personal nett (Englisch könnte etwas besser sein, aber kommunikation hat geklappt). Insgesamt habe ich das bekommen, was ich mir vorgestellt habe. Der Preis war demensprechend angemessen.

Excellent option for Huangdao
This Sheraton is well located, by the sea side at the Phoenix bay which is really worth a stroll. The staff was really nice, the breakfast had a good selection of western dishes. I found the room huge and really comfortable. The dinner buffet, all-inclusive (including beer and wine) is great. The heated swimming pool is nice with a well set-up dry and steam sauna.
