“I had a terrible experience with the front desk guy assisting over the phone trying to get details for my reservation I wish I would have been able to get his name. I had to call corporate and get it figured out, he then lied to them saying he tried to call me back. But he only called back when the woman over the phone put me on hold and reach out to them. “Only criticism is no coffee facilities in room. Fortunately I was just down the corridor from reception where coffee was on tap.”

“the only reason I stayed here was its proximity to Texas State and pricing was lower than other hotels in the area. the place needs a refresh. the window treatments in my room were old and torn, the room smelled really musty. Overall, the room just didn't feel clean. the bedding was very thin and old. I will say the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was a breeze.”
