“Rooms were clean. But the twin beds didn’t have
Blankets so I had to go down to the front desk to get some. The one TV didn't work. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. One of the refrigerators also did not work. No extra pillows of blankets in the rooms. A good place to stay in a pinch.”

“This property was not the location I booked. It was to have been for Holiday Inn, Express, Blowing Rock Rd, Boone, NC. not Maryland. I did not know until I tried to check in and they did not have my reservations. When I learned of the error I sent a message to Expedia to cancel however, I have been charged for the booking. Please respond and advise how I can get a refund on this booking error. I clearly wrote the address of the hotel in Boone when I made the reservations.”
