“Local parking available but not guaranteed dependent upon time of the day. If you arrive around 5pm should be ok. After 6 because of theatre 🎭 goers it gets fully occupied. ”

“No staff about when you needed them. Heating not working. Wasnt fixed when asked. Restaurant has been shut about 4 years, no food on site. Fire alarm went off at 4.45am and no staff on site. Fire brigade had to break in to reset alarm. Makes Fawlty Towers look like a 5 star! Dont be fooled by the pictures! Cheap and definitely not cheerful. Literally unable to contact anyone for a refund. ”

Purtroppo ci è capitato dei vicini di camera molto rumorosi, gridavano, sbattevano le porte, ridevano, piangevano e questo sin dalle 6h e la sera. Dopo una settimana abbiamo chiesto che ci veniva cambiata la camera. Tuttavia l'hotel è rumoroso ogni chiusura di porte corrisponde come a un tuono. Poi le pulizie sono aleatorie, tanto che non abbiamo mai capito cosa fosse previsto. Ci hanno cambiato le tovaglie tutti i giorni, le...

“We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged! We had to book another hotel which cost us above the odds just so we could attend the concert. A very upsetting and stressful experience. ”
