“My experience was severely impacted by the receptionist, Vinicius. He was extremely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive throughout our interaction. His communication skills were poor, and his attitude showed a complete lack of respect and basic customer service standards. Dealing with him was frustrating and unpleasant, and it significantly lowered the overall quality of my stay.”

“I stayed a few hours, found a different Hotel and left. I wouldn't recommend staying here, at all. The place is filthy starting with the Walls, the bathroom is miniature and dirty. Ridiculously noisy. As a solo traveler, I did not feel safe in the least. The whole set up gave me fugitive on the run vibes, big time. “No balcony, no microwave if you wanted to heat food up you purchased elsewhere. You have the arrive at the exact time the hotel requires. I had to wait 4 hours when i just got off the plane. The room they stored my luggage in had bugs because when i retrieved my bags and was allowed in my room they were crawling all on my belongings. With no notice they take a photo of your face and you have to scan your face to do anything there, the restaurant, the pool,the elevator your room its annoying...

“Unsafe Hygiene - We stayed twice a week apart. Room 2 on the 2nd floor was OK, albeit the ceiling leaked and the toilet is dated. The second stay we had to stay on the ground floor; it’s basically unusable. We found rat feces in the bed, replacement room had windows that won’t close, open air bathroom to street, room full of mosquitos, mold on walls, flood damaged flooring.
