“Clean room, staff”

“Couple points to make staying even better: - ants in the house (n25), probably to clean up them a bit - second floor is seems to be useless, would be better to put 2 usual beds there for family staying, it was stated that 5 sleeping places but there were only 4, we had to order another bed. Which is fine but all the beds were uncovered, it took time etc. ordinary beds with cover resolve such a problem - no plates in the kitchen - wardrobe in the sleeping room is almost broken - it’s unstable -...

“What an amazing stay at Basqal Resort & Spa! Everything was top notch. The views from the property were spectacular. The spa on the ground floor was so beautiful and peaceful. They have three restaurants and each one was great. The staff is friendly and exceptionally attentive. I wish we had more time there, we would love to return!
